The clinic can then advise whether your pet is due for routine vaccinations, a wellness check, or treatment for a specific concern. For dogs and cats, bringing proof of vaccination history is particularly useful. If your pet is anxious around unfamiliar environments, mention this when booking so the team can prepare accordingly. Whether you are scheduling a routine consultation or seeking advice on an ongoing health issue, calling ahead to confirm appointment availability and expected consultation fees will help you plan the visit smoothly.

My dog, Cola, accidentally ate a piece of garlic bread, which I knew could be toxic to dogs. I rushed her to the clinic, and the receptionist immediately arranged the earliest appointment at 2pm Dr Felise Lam and the nurse Alicia were absolutely amazing, calm, reassuring, and highly professional throughout the entire process. With the right medication, they managed to induce vomiting, treat her promptly, and put her on the road to recovery. Their care truly gave me peace of mind during a stressful situation. I and my daughter are so grateful for their excellent service and will definitely return for regular check-ups (and not because of another food mishap!). Highly recommended!

Brought my hamster in as he had a tumor in his cheek pouch. Was attended to by Dr Hsu, who was very patient, thorough, and understanding! It can be seen that he is very skilled in veterinary surgery as he immediately assessed what type of tumor my hamster had and explained clearly his approach to cutting it out (going through a place that would cause the least pain and inconvenience for my hamster) and using stitches that would dissolve and absorb back into my hamster’s body so that we would not have to go back for stitch removal. I’ve had other good experiences with the vets in this clinic (been here three times) and I highly recommend them! Thank you to everyone in the clinic for their hard work :)

Brought our dog to another clinic earlier as The Animal Clinic was closed, but unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved, our dog’s diarrhea persisted. We decided to return to The Animal Clinic the next day and Dr. Jeremy immediately identified the likely cause and confirmed it with a blood test. With the right medication, our dog was back to normal in just one day! Really appreciate the expertise and attention to detail from Dr. Jeremy and the team. Definitely recommending The Animal Clinic to any pet owners looking for trusted and effective care. 🐾

Front desk staffs are polite and ntuc link points given upon payment . Dr Audrey lee was patient and well versed to diagnose my puppy strained neck which we didn't know what is wrong when our puppy was listless and whining all the time. We are not pushed to do all sorts of tests but to progress a step at a time to see if further actions required . Not money minded type and she is very professional and passionate which is a very thumbs up . We are at loss whicb vet to go initially but glad we came here . Thank you and keep it up The waiting area was filled with chairs and shady , do call to check if it is fully booked before going .

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does "The Animal Clinic (Singapore)" charge?

Veterinary consultation fees in Singapore typically range from S$30 to S$80 for a standard visit, though the total cost varies depending on the nature of the appointment — routine wellness checks sit at the lower end, while diagnostic workups, vaccinations, or specialist referrals can add to the bill. Additional charges to clarify before your visit include diagnostic tests (blood panels, X-rays, urinalysis), medications dispensed on-site, surgical or procedural fees if applicable, and any follow-up consultation costs. Some clinics also charge separately for pre-anaesthetic screenings. The Animal Clinic (Singapore) has not published a detailed fee schedule publicly, so it is best to call ahead and ask for an indicative range based on your pet's specific needs. What vaccinations does "The Animal Clinic (Singapore)" require?

For dogs, core vaccinations typically include the DHPP combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is commonly required by boarding and daycare facilities, though its relevance here is to ensure your dog is protected before visiting shared spaces or coming into contact with other animals at the clinic. For cats, the FVRCP combination (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia) is standard, along with rabies vaccination. In Singapore, all dogs must be licensed and vaccinated against rabies under AVS regulations. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or digital records to the appointment. If records are out of date or unavailable, the clinic can advise on a catch-up schedule. Vaccinations are generally recommended annually or triennially depending on the vaccine type.

Is "The Animal Clinic (Singapore)" licensed and insured?

Veterinary clinics in Singapore operate under the oversight of the National Parks Board (NParks) and the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS). Practising veterinarians must be registered with the Singapore Veterinary Council (SVC), and you can verify a vet's registration status through the SVC's public register before or during your visit. The Animal Clinic (Singapore) does not have publicly listed regulatory licences on this directory at this time. It is reasonable to ask the clinic directly to confirm the registration details of the attending veterinarian and whether the facility holds any AVS facility approvals relevant to the services offered. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
