I started my pole journey here and it's been almost two years since and I still take classes every term. Instructors are super friendly and approachable, and are happy to help out if you have follow up questions after class (as long as the studio isn't used by another class after). Some have offered to review videos if we still need help and would like to send it to them outside of class hours. Being on the larger side too, it's really nice to see a variety of body types from the instructors and students as well, so I don't feel so out of place. The students here are also super friendly and encouraging - some help out during pole practice if you're struggling with something, especially as a beginner. So I definitely love the culture here and am happy to continue classes here!
What a fantastic studio! Instructors are amazing - talented, super helpful and fun. There is so much choice of routines every term, it's difficult to decide. Levels classes are great too and really keep you progressing. I love the guest instructors too, makes every term different and really spices things up. The schedule of classes is good timings + studio offers various packages to suit different lifestyles. Overall - very happy and this is now part of my weekly routine!
Many thanks to co-hpb365 and the teachers' guidance for beginners. Learnt my first pole fitness and enjoyed it very much 💪 🤗 My bucket list✅️🤭
Started my pole journey here and it has been an amazing 6 months. All the instructors prioritize safety and drills on the foundations, ensuring we nail the tricks and are comfortable doing them. The dance classes especially chair and exo are super fun and a great workout!

The Brass Barre does not publicly list specific session fees, so you will need to enquire directly for current pricing. Dance schools in Singapore typically charge on a per-session, monthly package, or per-term basis, with rates varying by class format, discipline, and duration. Group classes tend to be more affordable than one-to-one sessions. Additional costs to ask about include a registration or enrolment fee, any costume or recital fees, and whether materials such as exam entry fees are charged separately. Sibling discounts or multi-class package pricing may also be available. See the full Dance Schools cost guide for Singapore →
Many dance schools in Singapore offer a trial class, either free of charge or at a nominal fee, before you commit to a term. It is worth confirming with The Brass Barre whether this option is available and what the trial class costs, if anything. When attending a trial, pay attention to whether the class level is appropriate for your child's current ability, how the instructor engages with students, and whether the pace and style suit your child's learning temperament. A good trial class should give you a clear sense of the teaching approach and whether your child feels comfortable in the environment.
Instructor credentials are not publicly listed for The Brass Barre, so it is advisable to ask directly about the qualifications and experience of the teachers who will be taking your child's class. Relevant credentials in dance education typically include examination board certifications such as the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD), or the Cecchetti Society, as well as performance or competition backgrounds. You may also wish to ask how many years the instructors have been teaching, whether they have experience working with the specific age group your child falls into, and whether the school follows a recognised examination syllabus if dance exams are of interest to your family.
