About "The Elite Baby"
The Elite Baby is an infant care provider located at Primz Bizhub in Woodlands, offering services islandwide and listed as KakiList verified. It holds a Google rating of 4.4 out of 5 across 41 reviews — a moderate sample that is broadly encouraging but worth weighing alongside a personal visit. Monthly fees are indicated at the mid-range price point ($$).
Families considering infant care at The Elite Baby are encouraged to enquire early about slot availability for their intended start month, as infant care places in Singapore are in high demand. When you reach out by phone or via the contact form, ask about the infant-to-caregiver ratio, the daily routine including feeding, sleep, and developmental activities, and how the centre manages the settling-in period for very young children. It is also worth asking about ECDA subsidies, which can meaningfully reduce the monthly cost for Singapore citizen children, and whether the centre is able to process subsidy applications on your behalf.
The most useful next step is to arrange a centre visit at 21 Woodlands Close, #01-15/16 Primz Bizhub, so you can meet the caregivers, observe the infant room environment, and review the parent contract before making any commitment.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

A big thank you to all the teachers at The Elite Baby for taking good care of our little one! We really appreciate the regular updates as they give us peace of mind while at work, knowing that she’s happy and is well looked after. It’s been wonderful to see how much our LO has learned and grown since enrolling to the school. We're so happy to see her picking up new skills and enjoying school every day!
I would like to raise a serious concern about Elite Baby. My son withdrew from the school on 30 June 2025, and until now — almost 5 months later — I still have not received my deposit. Every time I followed up, I was given the same excuses: • “Finance side not settled,” or • “Finance side is vacant.” If the finance department is always “vacant,” then how is the school still paying salaries? It really doesn’t make sense, and the whole process has been extremely disappointing. They finally gave me a date for the refund, but even then they sent me someone else’s bank account number instead of contacting me properly to clarify. This is careless, unprofessional, and irresponsible. Although some of the teachers here are genuinely good, and my son enjoyed his time there — especially the baby spa — the financial management is extremely unclear and poorly handled. Good teachers don’t change the fact that parents deserve transparency and accountability. Furthermore, this infant care has frequent “staff training days,” yet their staff still seem to lack very basic training. Some teachers don’t even know the proper handling and storage of breastmilk. In just the first three days of enrolment, I was shocked that they wasted 200ml of my breastmilk. The reason given was: “Teacher wants to standby the milk in case my son makes noise.” But my son’s feeding time was still two hours later. This is not acceptable at all, especially when parents put in so much effort to prepare breastmilk. On top of that, the teacher has now switched off the company phone, making it even harder for parents to reach them. This is the level of communication we are dealing with. At this point, I don’t mind posting all the pictures and evidence if needed, because I have honestly been patient enough. Based on my experience, I strongly advise new parents to think twice before choosing this infant care. After months of excuses, mistakes, and delays, how do you expect parents to stay patient? I sincerely hope the management will take responsibility and resolve this matter immediately.
BEWARE. SEND YOUR KID TO THIS SCHOOL AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you are rich and generous and got money to donate, go ahead and send your kid because the school will not refund you your deposit. My daughter graduated Apr 2025, it's Dec 2025 now. 8 months. Admin will just bluetick and ignore you. They don't even bother. Filed a report at small claims tribunal and state court ordered them to pay up and they can even ignore that.
The very dedicated team at Elite Baby comprising the lovely teachers and not forgetting the management support such as Ms Valarine and Aunty Aisha has given so much love and care to our daughter who graduated recently. From the first day she started school in April 2022, right up to her last day in June 2023 where she happily waded into school without waving bye to us, we could tell she had enjoyed every moment learning and interacting with her very cute classmates. As working parents, the teachers were very understanding towards our needs and would often communicate with us on her progress as well as shared many memorable photos to let us know what she was up to! We know for sure that the weekly baby spa & water play was one of her favourite things to do. At parent teacher meetings every half of the year, we would receive her artworks and see how she plays comfortably in school. We could provide feedback and clarify our concerns, hearing from the teachers how she was coming along. How fast time has flown, from the day she was the newest kid on the block, to the day she graduated all within the span of a short 15 months. Due to the excellent all-rounded education, she is sociable and confident with her peers as well as adults. We were sad that she had to graduate to go on to playgroup. We will miss all the teachers who devoted their time, energy and values to our daughter. Special thanks to Teacher Rebecca, Esther and Yihui who were her form teachers at different phases and who gave her so much love. The staff would often buy gifts and educational toys for the babies, and we went home with a car boot full of presents on her last day. We would also like to express our thanks to teachers who had left such as Lin Laoshi and Huan Laoshi who had also made our girl comfortable in her mother tongue and who encouraged her to be bilingual. We would certainly recommend The Elite Baby to any parents who are looking for their infants to be in safe hands and to grow holistically.
Both my twin boys have been attending Elite baby for the last 6 months & they have graduated ! :) The experience for both babies and for us parents are very positive. The teachers really took great care of them & their health improved so much after moving them here. They have bonded well with the teachers and enjoyed school a lot. The teachers are caring and responsive. They will keep us in the loop once they noticed any unwell was in our babies. Highly recommend !

The Elite Baby is priced at the mid-range ($$) level for infant care in Singapore. Beyond the monthly fee itself, families should ask about a one-time registration fee, a deposit (commonly equivalent to one to two months' fees), and any charges for uniforms or group insurance. Childcare and infant care fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the monthly figure quoted should be the amount you pay. Before confirming enrolment, request a full written fee schedule that itemises all one-off and recurring costs. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled in licensed infant care centres may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy of up to S$600 per month. Working mothers who clock 56 hours or more of work per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy. Families with a gross monthly household income at or below the income ceiling may also access the Additional Subsidy, which can bring combined support up to S$710 per month or more depending on income tier. Permanent Resident children are eligible for partial subsidies only. Subsidy amounts and income thresholds are reviewed periodically, so the figures above may not reflect the current quantum. Always check directly with ECDA at www.ecda.gov.sg for the most up-to-date information before making enrolment decisions. The centre should be able to advise on which subsidies apply and assist with the application process through the Child Development Account or GIRO arrangements.
Infant care places in Singapore are among the most competitive in the childcare sector. Many centres fill their slots six to twelve months ahead of the intended start date, and January intake — which aligns with the school calendar year — tends to see the highest demand. Families are generally advised to begin enquiring at least three to six months before the month they need care to start. To secure a place once offered, you will typically be asked to pay a registration fee and a deposit, so have these ready. Contact The Elite Baby directly by phone or via the enquiry form to ask about current availability and any waitlist process they operate.
