Shout out to Elaine, Koh and Jobayer! It was very pleasant journey working with tfg team. Elaine was very detailed and careful. Took her time and effort to coordinate with our zip blind vendor. Because the zip blind we ordered has a bottom track and she was concerned about the interfacing between the decking with the bottom track. Elaine and Koh prepared and sent us samples with different wood and color pigment selection. This ease the selection progress. We chose the Teak of width 135mm. During the installation, Jobayer and another installer were also very professional. Jobayer was careful in the installation, making sure the gaps were consistent. Koh was also accommodating when we requested to change one of the installer back to Jobayer. Overall, we were pleased with the decking and the journey working with TFG.
