You spent several hours explaining to us (my wife and me) about the vinyl tiles, as we don’t have any idea about them. Very pleased with our vinyl flooring done by The Floors Emporium! Amazing service by Gordon and Wallace (site coordinator). During the home tech roadshow, Gordon patiently and thoroughly explained to us on vinyl flooring and provided suggestions for our flooring needs. He was responsive and provided constant updates on the delivery. Communication was really smooth! Great service from start to end. Wallace came down for site inspection and during the installation day itself and was very knowledgeable in answering some of the questions we had and ensured that the installation was going well. Installers did a fantastic job. They were meticulous, efficient and experienced. We were impressed by how thoughtful they were to use/match different silicon colours according to our wall/skirting. Will definitely The Floors Emporium to anyone looking to get their floors done. :)

Since beginning Amanda was very friendly and knowledgeable. Though, we have never meet before, during our conversation via video call, she is passionate about delivering the best for her customers. She will give u choices or listen to what u request and follow tru. No matter how busy she is, i will get prompt answers via whatsap too. The actual day on site, I dont even have to worry about the wrapping not done properly as all was smooth. I met her for the first time and she was helping her colleagues to do the wrapping too. Such a hardworking lady and I highly recommend this wrap company cos their work meet the expectation. Kudos!
