I had a great experience at Furville Salon. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about my pet’s comfort. The place is clean, well-organized, and you can tell they love what they do. My baby came out looking fresh, happy, and well-groomed. I really appreciate how gentle and patient they were. Definitely recommend Furville if you’re looking for a salon that treats your furry friend with care and love.
Hey there! Just wanted to share something awesome. My friend introduced me to Furrville, and I took my fur baby there for the first time today. They did an adorable styling on her, and it’s fantastic! I gotta mention my dog has separation anxiety, and the groomer was just so patient and continuously comforting her. They also shared lots of details on daily care of my baby. Absolutely pleased with the experience, and we'll definitely be back! 🐾💕
Been bringing my dogs to Furrville for grooming since 2 years ago. Love their service and environment. Especially when my dogs still smell great after 2 weeks.
Brought Bonnie to furrville and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The groomer knew what I wanted, made great suggestions, and the result was perfect. The salon was clean, stylish, and I was offered drinks on arrival. Great service from start to finish.
Booked for shower and basic service for the first time and the grooming was really bad. Paw pads were not shaved cleanly, some nails are not trimmed, fur was not brushed after shower, sanitary did not shave even after highlighting to the groomer. Waited 2 hours for this service. Really bad experience here. Nevertheless thanks for accommodating to my last minute booking. But if you’re rushing to finish your job, you shouldn’t have take in the appointment.

Grooming prices in Singapore typically vary based on your pet's size, breed, and coat type. Small dogs and cats generally start from around S$50–S$80 per session, medium breeds from S$80–S$130, and larger or double-coated breeds from S$130 upwards. Add-on services such as de-shedding treatments, teeth brushing, nail grinding, and ear cleaning are usually priced separately and can add S$10–S$40 per service. The Furrville Salon has not published a fixed price list, so it is best to contact them directly via WhatsApp or phone with your pet's details to get an accurate quote. Confirm whether the quoted price is all-inclusive or whether add-ons are charged separately before your appointment. See the full pet grooming cost guide for Singapore →
Most professional grooming salons in Singapore require dogs to be current on their DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies vaccinations. For cats, the FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia) vaccination is the standard requirement. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is more commonly required for boarding and daycare facilities but may also be requested by grooming salons that handle multiple dogs in close proximity. Vaccination records are typically expected to be current within the past 12 months. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a vet-issued certificate to your first appointment. Contact The Furrville Salon directly to confirm their specific vaccination policy before your visit, as requirements can vary between providers.
In Singapore, grooming facilities are not subject to mandatory AVS (Animal and Veterinary Service) licensing in the same way that boarding kennels are, though boarding operations do require AVS approval. The Furrville Salon does not currently list any regulatory licences on its KakiList profile, which is not uncommon for grooming-only operations. It is worth asking the salon directly whether they carry any form of business or pet-care insurance that would cover your pet in the event of an injury or adverse reaction during grooming. You should also enquire about their protocol if a pet becomes distressed or unwell during a session. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
