When engaging The Grooming Gallery, it helps to have your pet's details ready before reaching out — including breed, size, coat type, and general temperament, as these factors typically influence the grooming package and duration. Vaccination records are usually required before any appointment, so gathering these in advance will speed up the booking process. If your pet has not been groomed professionally before, or tends to be anxious around strangers or new environments, it is worth mentioning this upfront so the team can plan accordingly. You can also clarify whether drop-off grooming at the Jurong East location suits your needs, and discuss how frequently you would like to schedule recurring sessions.
To get started, reach out to The Grooming Gallery via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to share your pet's profile and check appointment availability. Confirm the full scope of services, any applicable add-ons, and pricing before your first visit.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
brought my chonky boy over for a grooming session and honestly they have surpassed my expectations! he’s very sensitive and loves to fidget a lot, most groomers aren’t able to cut his fur as nicely as them!! Would definitely bring him to here again! thank you so much to the groomers, didn’t get their name but i’m so grateful ❤️
My dog has passed away, yet the package I purchased is non-refundable. Other grooming services usually offer refunds in these circumstances. They suggested “selling” my package to other clients on behalf, but despite repeated follow-ups, they have been completely unresponsive.
My dog had her grooming session with them yesterday and since last November I place her there .. service was great with quick response each time I msg … transport picked up and returned was prompt and efficient as well . I have not seen the salon and will pop in sometime later to browse .. also signed up a package since they had good service.. keep up the good work n hope for great service as always..
I use the grooming gallery so far, service is great, the pick up drop off and lots of updates on the my dog situation after-during the session .
I've been bringing my 2 dogs to this grooming gallery for the past five years, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The team is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the well-being of the pets. They’ve done a great job keeping up with updates and improvements over the years. Every visit feels smoother and more efficient than the last. My dogs always comes home looking clean, happy, and well-groomed. Highly recommend them for their consistency, care, and great services. It come with a nice photoshot too :)

Grooming fees in Singapore typically vary based on your pet's size, breed, and coat condition. Smaller dogs and short-haired cats generally attract lower base rates, while larger breeds or those with thick or matted coats may incur surcharges. Add-on services such as de-shedding treatments, teeth brushing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning are often priced separately. For mobile grooming services, a transport fee may also apply depending on your location. It is advisable to confirm the full breakdown — including any add-ons you require — before the appointment so there are no surprises at checkout. See the full Pet Grooming cost guide for Singapore →
Most professional grooming facilities in Singapore require dogs to be up to date on core vaccinations, typically DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and rabies. For cats, the FVRCP combination vaccine is the standard requirement. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is commonly required for dogs at facilities that also offer boarding or daycare services. Vaccination records should generally be dated within the past 12 months. It is good practice to bring a physical copy or have a digital version ready for verification at drop-off. If your pet's vaccination schedule has lapsed, consult your vet before booking a grooming appointment. Contact The Grooming Gallery directly to confirm their specific vaccination policy before your first visit.
The Grooming Gallery is registered with ACRA and has been verified by KakiList, confirming that operating details and contact channels have been checked by a real person. In Singapore, grooming facilities are regulated by the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board; boarding operations specifically require an AVS licence, though grooming-only services have separate requirements under AVS guidelines. No specific AVS boarding licence is listed for this provider in the current data, so if your pet will be left unattended during any part of the service, it is worth clarifying the facility's AVS status and whether insurance is in place to cover any injury or health incident during grooming. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
