Thanks guys for the amazing experience! First time to the groomers, for me & first time for Hazel, my tuff-nut, high anxiety, traumatised-by-nail-clipper, 4yo 22kg Singapore Special - but what a 10mins breeze of nail trimming! There was a second grooming room which helped isolate Hazel from the other dogs and the crew were really patient, quick on their toes & positioning themselves to make it more bearable & effective for Hazel and were very accommodating, they also shared tips on how to make her less excited during nail-trimming! They were really passionate and experienced, for the price they were charging - greatly appreciate it. 🙏🏼

My pup was shedding significantly due to the season, and Ling was so patient and thorough in working through with him. They really are the best! My maltese is going on 14 years old and they are so nice and accommodating to him. He starts crying when we pull into the carpark because he is so excited to go get groomed! Pei Wen really takes the time to understand your dog and she is super attentive, always letting us know if she notices anything different about his physical condition.
