i have been to many many hospitals and clinics and can confidently say that the reception here has been the most positive one. the nurses were all extremely sweet and friendly, making the whole process feel very comfortable. was honestly quite shocked at their hospitality but i really appreciated it as it can get isolating being the “young” patient at every medical appointment. they were also very kind and accommodating when i had to shift appointment timings around last minute, which added on to the stress-free environment🫶🏼🫶🏼 the physical space was very clean and welcoming, with comfortable seating/waiting area. really liked the layout(?) of the clinic lol good cozy background music and overall felt like a relaxing atmosphere dr khoo is a very professional and caring specialist. unlike many other doctors, she was willing to listen to my whole story, asking questions to understand my situation and condition better, and just made me feel seen (one of my biggest issues when i see others as they tend to be quite dismissive and insistent on their “diagnosis” after a few minutes). of my 183293 times that i’ve seen a specialist, this is the only one where i hit a full 20 minutes consultation. although there wasn’t much of a resolution at the end, it did feel like a weight of my shoulder and perhaps that alone is part of the treatment. thank you dr khoo for listening! would also like to extend my gratitude to the phlebotomist hehe very skilled and fast. she drew 3 tubes of blood and i had no bruising at all afterwards which was a pleasant surprise as i usually bruise easily after blood tests

the front office girls were super friendly, professional and caring. they made my mum felt so welcomed and comfortable, tried to explain to her in mandarin when they realized she didn’t speak English, followed up with us promptly when we arrived at home, sent instructions on taking medicine thoroughly. doc Khoo was calm, collected and super knowledgeable, made both my mum and I felt comfortable and was very patient when she was trying to get the background of my mum’s history. would recommend this clinic to anyone.
