I absolutely loved my experience at The Ice Bath Club! The facility is spotless and beautifully designed — everything feels fresh and well-maintained. They also have a great range of amenities that women will really appreciate, from quality skincare products to hair dryers and other thoughtful touches. The ice bath itself is no joke — it’s around 4°C, incredibly cold but so refreshing! You walk out feeling completely recharged and clear-headed. The staff were all super friendly and made the whole experience very comfortable. It’s such a welcoming space where you can truly relax and take care of yourself. I’ll definitely be coming back!
This review is for the cafe. Friendly service. Coffee was not bad while pain au chocolate tasted stale and dense. Nett prices. There was a strong chlorine smell, probably from the baths. Nonetheless, overall good vibes. This place seems to be popular among the expats.
LOVE IT. the cafe + the recovery session makes a perfect afternoon especially after a high intensity workout. i totally recommend getting a membership especially if ur a workout person. the aesthetic + cleanliness + staff professionalism and kindness + food quality and the quality of the baths is really something i look forward to, can’t find a single thing i don’t like about the iced bath club. thank you for opening up another branch in duxton incase im every around there, i dropped by and loved it as much!
As a longstanding member of this fine institution I can safely say that the Ice Bath Club River Valley is pure magic. An amazing concept that blends health, relaxation, and social vibes in the most beautiful setting. Super friendly, accommodating staff, a gorgeous space, and a cafe with killer smoothies and delicious savory dishes. Perfect for resetting your mind, body, and mood — you’ll leave feeling human again (and probably make a new friend). Don’t think — just go. You won’t regret it! Highly, highly recommend!
Had such a great experience at the Ice Bath Club with my son! The space was very clean and well-maintained, which made the whole experience feel safe and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and made sure we felt at ease throughout. It was a unique and refreshing activity to do together — we both enjoyed it and left feeling energized. Highly recommend for anyone looking to try something different and fun in a clean, friendly environment!

The Ice Bath Club displays a '$$' price indicator, suggesting mid-range positioning, but specific per-session and package rates are not publicly listed. Single-session fees at cold-immersion and holistic wellness studios in Singapore typically range from S$40–120 depending on duration and add-ons. Packages of five to ten sessions generally carry a per-visit discount versus walk-in rates. Confirm the first-visit or consultation fee, whether there is a no-show or late-cancellation charge, and whether any introductory-session pricing applies. GST may be added to the quoted rate. No formal referral is required to book at The Ice Bath Club, but cold-water immersion carries genuine contraindications — uncontrolled hypertension, cardiac arrhythmia, Raynaud's disease, open wounds, and certain respiratory conditions are commonly cited. Expect to complete a health-screening intake form before your first session, and disclose any relevant conditions honestly. If you have a complex cardiovascular or metabolic condition, obtaining clearance from your GP beforehand is sensible and may also be relevant if you intend to claim the sessions through a health insurance rider. The team can advise on session intensity and duration adjustments for first-timers or those with specific recovery goals.
Cold-water immersion and holistic wellness facilitation does not currently fall under a mandatory statutory licence in Singapore in the way that physiotherapy (AHPC), TCM (TCMPB), or psychology (SPS) do. No regulatory licences are listed for The Ice Bath Club on KakiList at this time. That said, relevant voluntary credentials to ask about include certifications in cold-water therapy facilitation, first-aid and CPR certification for all in-session staff, and any relevant background in sports science, physiotherapy, or rehabilitative practice. Confirm the qualifications of the person leading your session directly before booking. Confirm the practitioner's credentials and first-aid protocols on the relevant board's public register where applicable before treatment.
