About The Moon Bunny
The Moon Bunny is a pet grooming service operating islandwide across Singapore, listed at the S$$ price point. It is KakiList-verified and registered with ACRA. The business holds a 4.9-star rating across 112 Google reviews, a robust sample that lends meaningful weight to that score.
When enquiring about a grooming appointment, it helps to have your pet's size, breed, and coat type ready, as these typically determine the base price and the time required. Temperament matters too — let the groomer know in advance if your pet is anxious, reactive, or has had difficult grooming experiences before. You will generally be asked to show proof of up-to-date vaccinations before drop-off. If you are a new customer, a trial visit is a sensible way to gauge how your pet responds to the groomer and the environment before committing to a recurring schedule. Clarify at the outset whether the service is drop-off at the premises on Jalan Klapa or whether a mobile option is available for your area.
To get started, reach out to The Moon Bunny via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form with your pet's details and your preferred appointment date. Confirm the full price — including any add-ons such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, or de-shedding treatment — before the session.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
Their service is truly top-notch. They always go the extra mile for my rabbit, and I’ve been with them for the past three years without ever considering any other rabbit services for grooming or boarding. They treat my rabbit as if it were their own and consistently keep me informed if there’s anything wrong or anything I can improve to ensure my rabbit has the best quality of life. What really stands out is their honesty and integrity in doing business. They genuinely care and never have ill intentions. If anyone asks me where to find professional and trustworthy rabbit services, I would definitely recommend The Moon Bunny without hesitation. My little princess love all of them❤️
The Moon Bunny (Jasmine) is a life saviour! My bunny Pots needed ear surgery and I knew I could not cope with the daily post surgery care. When I was still frantically panicking about what to do (before the surgery), Jasmine was very kind to call me and patiently shared what other owners would usually do (since I was a first timer and had zero clue of what to do). I took her advice and we planned for medical stay. Jasmine is extremely professional and shared photos of before/after cleaning of his surgical wound. She also frequently checked what are the usual behaviours that Pots displayed so that she knew what was normal / abnormal for him. Her attention for detail and level of care (on top of her medically trained background) had definitely surpassed what I could have done for my bunny. Pots is a fussy eater AND sensitive in his gut, but she knew what was the right balance of critical care / treats / veg for him so that his bowel movements remain healthy. Towards the end of the planned stay, I chickened out and asked if Pots could extend his stay further because I wasn’t half as confident to give Pots the kind of care Jasmine can provide. She did not hesitate but to try and reschedule and try to accommodate. I made an online order to ensure Pots had enough supplies for the extended stay and Jasmine even offered to help pick up the items. She even prepared a note for me knowing that I would need it. Her level of dedication is 10/10!! Pots is home now and he wouldn’t have had any better recovery if not for Jasmine. His ear is not fully healed so I’m considering to send him to moon bunny again when I’m travelling next month! ZERO WORRIES. You can even opt for transport to/fro home and boarding! Thank you for everything and taking care of my precious 10 year old. Sharing some photos of Pots healing and enjoying at his Mount E equivalent stay.
We’re so grateful to Jasmine and Dawn for their amazing help in bonding our two bunnies (Tofu and Bingsu)! After reading many positive reviews and doing our own research, we could tell they were true animal lovers — and they absolutely proved it. We had tried to bond our bunnies ourselves but always ended up with fights whenever they saw each other. Jasmine and Dawn were very professional, patient, and caring throughout the whole process. They went the extra mile — even spending extra hours to make sure everything went smoothly. After more than 20 days of their dedicated work, a miracle happened — our two bunnies finally lay side by side peacefully. ❤️ They also shared lots of helpful advice and tips for us to continue the bonding process at home. We’re so happy and thankful that our bunnies are now bonded, all thanks to Jasmine and Dawn’s hard work. Highly recommended!
My rabbit came home with multiple bald patches after the session and developed to broken skin a week later. The groomer told me it was normal, but my regular vet said it’s way over-groomed and the fur was hand plucked out, with risk of not growing back. Had to do a skin test to roll out infection, luckily she was ok. Tried to communicate to the business owner but she insisted nothing was done wrong. Oh well, might be different standard, but sharing my experience here in case someone might find it helpful.
Sent my bunny, Pokka, for boarding at The Moon Bunny. I’m glad that the staff there all love Pokka as much as I do. Thank you to the team at The Moon Bunny for accommodating to my request of paying Pokka a visit during her stay when I was back in SG. Pokka seemed to be very happy there when I saw her through the CCTV, she feasted and slept all day, just like how she was at home. More importantly, thank you for the adorable updates that you’ve sent me via WhatsApp, giving me the ease of mind. I’m not sure if it was intentional, but I really appreciate the team for taking out pee-stained toys that I brought. As bunny owners, we know how common it is for bunnies to spray their pee all over the place, but I’ve had experiences at other boarding places where they didn’t bother to remove the pee-stained items till the end of her stay. I’m not sure if they took it out because of standard practice or that they remembered my experience, but regardless, I’m thankful for this 💖 Thank you Jasmine for remembering my dear Pokka and for taking such cute photos of her. I will not hesitate to patronize here again 🥰

Grooming prices in Singapore typically vary by the pet's size, breed, and coat condition rather than being fixed at a single rate. Expect a base fee for a standard bath-and-trim, with surcharges for larger or double-coated breeds, matted fur, or difficult temperaments. Common add-ons — such as de-shedding treatment, teeth brushing, nail grinding, and ear cleaning — are usually priced separately and can add S$10–30 each to the total. If a mobile grooming option is offered, a transport or travel fee may apply depending on your location. Always confirm the full itemised price before the appointment to avoid surprises at collection. Most grooming providers in Singapore require dogs to be current on their core DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) vaccination and to hold a valid rabies vaccination, typically within the last 12 months. For cats, the FVRCP combination vaccine is the standard requirement. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination, while more commonly required for boarding and daycare, may also be requested by some groomers given the close-contact environment. You will usually be asked to produce a vaccination card or a veterinary certificate at drop-off. If your pet's vaccinations are overdue, arrange a vet visit before booking. Contact The Moon Bunny directly to confirm their specific vaccination policy.
The Moon Bunny is registered with ACRA and has been verified by KakiList, confirming that operating details and contact channels are accurate. In Singapore, grooming facilities that also offer boarding are required to hold a licence from the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board; grooming-only operations sit under separate AVS guidelines. No AVS boarding licence is listed for this provider in the current data, which is consistent with a grooming-focused business. Before your first visit, it is worth asking directly whether the premises hold any AVS registration and what their protocol is should your pet sustain an injury or become unwell during a session — including whether any insurance cover applies. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
