I was directed to visit the Joo Seng showroom to explore the different piano ranges, so I decided to drop by. I didn’t make an appointment beforehand, and I would strongly recommend doing so, as weekends can be quite crowded. Since I walked in without an appointment, I waited for a while before being attended to, which was understandable. When it was my turn, I was served by Linko and Neil. Both of them were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences clearly. What I truly appreciated was that there was no hard selling or pressure, just sincere advice and patient guidance. I would also like to commend the staff for serving with genuine dedication. They showed great patience and care towards an elderly customer like myself, which is not easy and truly reflects their professionalism. A big thank you to the team for a job well done.

Was looking to replace my entry level drum set with a more quality Roland TD316. Made appointment and was served by Linko. Got great advice on the add-ons, warranty and service concerns. (1) I was told payment is only by Paynow but when I explained that I wanted to make payment by card to earn points, he suggested me to order and pay online. My order was then processed immediately in store 😃 (2) Delivery is included but I wanted to collect immediately so that I can spend the long weekend assembling and playing.
