When reaching out, it helps to have your pet's size, breed, and temperament in mind, along with up-to-date vaccination records, as these are typically required before any clinical appointment or procedure. You can contact the clinic by phone or via their online enquiry form to describe your pet's condition or the service you need, and to arrange a suitable appointment time. If your pet has specific behavioural sensitivities or has not visited a clinic before, mentioning this at the time of booking allows the team to prepare accordingly. Whether you are bringing in a dog, cat, or small animal, confirming the nature of the visit — routine wellness check, vaccination, or a specific concern — will help the clinic allocate the right consultation time.
To get started, call the clinic directly or submit an enquiry through their contact form to book an appointment at 11A Boon Tiong Road. Bring your pet's vaccination history and any prior medical records to the first visit.

Have been bringing my hamster to them for more than a year. Dr Shu Ning and Dr Chionh have been really patient and never gave up on my hamster, even if he's just a hamster. After about a year of medication (and my hamster has spent his youth from 30s up to his 60s now) on medication (antibiotics, antihistamines and antifungal) we're very happy that my hamster has finally recovered‼️ no more bacteria and yeast ‼️🙏 It's really a long fought battle and we were prepared that he's going to be on long term medication. His recovery is really very very good news. Thank you so much to the vets from The Animal Doctors. They are very caring, and even the nurses are very professional and caring. I once had to buy syringes for my hamster but the clinic was just about to close. The nurse assured me that she will wait for me, even though i arrived about 10mins after closing time. Really touched by the team of doctors and nurses.
Our family will always be grateful to the team at TAD Tiong Bahru for being there for us as we loved and cared for our lovely boy's last and final weeks. Wherever Romeo is, I'm sure he would also wish to express his heartfelt gratitude. Special shout-out to Dr Chionh who was the best vet we have ever met, professional, patient and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasant surprise to receive the card from the team - such a warm gesture and it does help us as we continue to grieve as we miss him so dearly. Thank you!
Really great place. Descent and transparent pricing. Vets allow you to accompany with your pet to get more info and you can view your pet throughout the screening process to get more idea of the do's n don'ts
We are so blessed for the past 7 years with TAD. Shout out to Khar Yi who have to deal with the monthly arthritis injections! We will not forget how lucky Clover was, esp on her last few hours, the senior dog (15yrs) was treated by her resident doctor Dr Tsai and co-founder Dr Cathy (both docs that requires weeks of adv booking). And with friends in the same industry, we know this is definitely one of the toughest roles. They have to make sharp and difficult med decisions as all of their patients all cannot talk, despite long working hours. Be nice to the vets and nurses. Thank you for your love & kindness, despite Clover’s crankiness in the past year 🍀🤍🐶
I can't say enough good things about this veterinary clinic! The staff are all lovely, from the vets to the receptionists... Dr. Chionh is exceptional with my Yiku 🐶who is very stressed when it comes to go to the vet! What's more, they're always on hand to answer questions and help me out when I need it. I would recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone who cares about their dog, and is looking for great care !

The Pet Doctors Veterinary Clinic is listed at a mid-range price point ($$), though specific per-visit fees are not published in this listing. In Singapore, a standard veterinary consultation typically runs between S$30 and S$80, with costs rising for diagnostic tests, vaccinations, dental procedures, or surgical interventions. Breed, weight, and the complexity of the condition all influence the final bill. Add-ons such as blood panels, X-rays, microchipping, or prescribed medication are usually itemised separately. It is advisable to ask for a written estimate before agreeing to any procedure beyond the initial consultation fee. See the full Veterinary Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
For dogs, core vaccinations in Singapore include the DHPP combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies, which is compulsory under AVS regulations. Bordetella (kennel cough) is frequently required if your dog attends boarding or daycare. For cats, the FVRCP combination (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia) is the standard core vaccine, with rabies also required. Most veterinary clinics, including general wellness visits, will want to sight proof that vaccinations are current — typically within the past 12 months. If your pet's vaccination history has lapsed or records are unavailable, the clinic can advise on a suitable catch-up schedule during the consultation. Contact the clinic directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements ahead of your visit.
The Pet Doctors Veterinary Clinic is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person has confirmed operating details and contact channels.
