When reaching out to The Snuggery, be prepared to share your dog's size, breed, and temperament, as these factors typically influence scheduling and pricing. Bring along up-to-date vaccination records, as responsible pet service providers in Singapore generally require proof of vaccination before commencing care. It is worth asking whether a trial visit or introductory walk is available so your pet can settle into the routine before a recurring schedule is confirmed. Clarify whether drop-off is required or whether the team collects your pet directly, and discuss how frequently you would like services — whether as a one-off booking or on a regular weekly basis.
To get started, reach out to The Snuggery via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form on their listing to share your pet's details and arrange an initial consultation or trial visit.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
Update: It's going on the fourth year that Honey has been attending and loving her favorite "school" in Singapore twice a week! I wholeheartedly trust and recommend the Snug team. They're consistently exceptional at communication and coming up with amazing events that the dogs enjoy and their humans enjoy even more through the videos and photos we get! _______________________________________________________________ Honey, our 5-month-old Cocker has been going to the Snuggery all this week and has had a blast! She is more on the reserved side and takes a bit to warm up so it is a testament to the people at Snuggery that she is comfortable there and having fun. Thank you especially to Joanna and Alson - her favorite people to get pets and attention from :) If you choose the package with the outing, you also get these pro videos and photos from the trip! Watching them honestly makes me a bit jealous of Honey, having that much fun. Below is just one of the amazing photos they've sent.
I've started sending my furkid to Snuggery since he was about 5months old. Initially he would bark to try to engage other dogs but after attending daycare, he has learnt to wait and not bark to engage. The team at Snuggery takes care of him, from fetching him to and fro school, cleaning him up after dog runs, ensuring he gets his meals, taking and applying his meds. They would share updates with me and I'm also able to view what he's doing via CCTV live link. My furkid would come home each time well exhausted and happy. Sometimes he even refuse to leave the school bus 😅. Thanks team Snuggery for taking care and loving my pup
Ella loves going to Snuggery and has her own special clique of friends that she plays with every Monday. It's lovely to see the extra mile Snuggery goes to in hosting special events like Christmas and Valentine. The keepsakes from these events will always be treasured by me.
Caramel enjoys going to school very much! Just the mention of “school” she gets excited. Many activities conducted by the school and it’s so much fun! Picture shows her at the school’s Christmas event. Love the communication with the staff too. They are always prompt. Thank you Team Snuggery!
I started sending my dog, Brixton to the snuggery after seeing how well-socialised my neighbour's puppy is. I like that there was a trial assessment to see if Brixton would be under stress being in a daycare for the first time before we signed up. The place is well-managed, clean & there is webcam access to check up on your dog any time you want! Even though Brixton was initially a little anxious, he slowly warmed up and really enjoyed the pack walk and outdoor play with the other dogs. The handlers are also trained to make sure all play times are monitored. They're transparent about what happens and how they deal with bad behaviour. Overall, I feel confident that they'll take good care of Brixton! They also take awesome videos of outings! Thank you, the Snuggery Team! :)

The Snuggery is listed at a mid-range price point for Singapore pet services. For dog walking and pet sitting, pricing in Singapore is generally structured per visit or per day, with adjustments based on your dog's size, breed, and any specific care requirements. Add-ons such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, or teeth brushing may carry additional charges, and transport fees could apply depending on your location and whether a mobile or drop-off arrangement is used. Always confirm the full fee schedule in writing before confirming a booking, and check whether public holiday surcharges apply. See the full Dog Walking and Pet Sitting cost guide for Singapore →
For dogs, most Singapore pet service providers require proof of DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies vaccinations, with records typically expected to be current within the past 12 months. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is frequently required for services involving contact with other dogs, such as group walks or boarding arrangements. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a vet-issued certificate when you attend a trial visit or first drop-off. If your pet's vaccinations are due for renewal, it is advisable to schedule a vet visit beforehand. Contact The Snuggery directly to confirm their specific vaccination policy before your first appointment.
The Snuggery holds KakiList verified status, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. It is not currently listed as ACRA-registered on this profile, and no Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) licence is recorded in the listing data. In Singapore, pet boarding facilities are required to hold an AVS licence; for dog walking and pet sitting services conducted at a client's home or in public spaces, licensing requirements differ. It is recommended that you ask The Snuggery directly about their insurance arrangements — specifically whether coverage exists in the event your pet is injured or falls unwell during a session. Visit the facility if applicable, confirm the vaccination policy, and verify insurance before drop-off.
If The Snuggery isn't the right fit, these are other dog walking/ pet sitting providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
