Enquiries typically begin by sharing the event date, venue, and headcount via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form. For weddings, it is worth discussing coverage scope — ROM solemnisation, tea ceremony, and banquet — as well as dialect-group customs (Hokkien, Teochew, or Cantonese gatecrash sequences) that may affect the shooting timeline. For baby full-month or 100-day celebrations, confirm whether the package covers the event setup, family portraits, and any outdoor component. A deposit of 30–50% on signing is standard in the Singapore photography and videography industry, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm deliverables — edited image count, video length, delivery timeline, and file format — in writing before signing. Lead time for popular Saturday dates in peak wedding season (March–April and October–November) can extend to six to twelve months, so early enquiry is advisable.
Contact The Studio Loft Singapore via WhatsApp or the enquiry form to check date availability, request a package breakdown, and confirm deliverables and the balance payment schedule before committing.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Have known Studio Loft since my sister’s maternity and newborn shoot back in 2013. Always loved their photography style, so when my firstborn arrived in 2022, I engaged them again for my maternity and newborn shoots for my second baby. No regrets at all! The photos are beautiful, and the team is so friendly and patient, even when my baby spit up or wasn’t cooperative during the shoot. Highly recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our newborn photoshoot session with Maryann and JY! It was a smooth shoot from start to finish and our 2 year old toddler also had a great time. Both of them were very friendly and welcoming and we felt at ease throughout. Will definitely recommend their services to friends and family! 😊
I was there a few days ago. Before I went there, she gave detailed instructions to my queries raised and I sent a few examples of how I hope the photos can be done. She said we can discuss more on the day of shooting and indeed! She was open to ideas and we tried a few shots to decide on the poses that we can use. She was meticulous in her setup, and during the shoot, she directed my pose to align the shooting angle and frames better. From my hair to my instrument, she handled with care. Very friendly to talk to. She address every concern and preferences I have thoughtout the process. Once done, we sat down and picked out the best 2 digital photos that was to be sent out to me. A cozy place to work in, only that the toilet is quite far. It's a walking distance from nearby. This does not negatively impact the review. Other than that, was easy to find using the instructions she sent for my taxi to navigate. I was also able to walk back to Taiseng Mrt, and could even dine in Grantral Mall nearby. For the pricing, I say it was worth it. I will definitely come back again. Such professionalism and friendliness, makes our experience memorable! -instrument- My attire and instrument is of Inner Mongolian style. The instrument is of Mongolian Ethnic. It is a "Morin khuur" A.K.A. Matouqin (马头琴).
It’s been nearly 12 years since we first did our baby photo shoot with The Studio Loft. Since then, we’ve done numerous family photo shoots and mini sessions and the results are always top notch. What Mary Ann and team does best is bring out the natural smiles of young and old alike…. Thanks guys!
Had a superb experience at the studio with the experienced Maryann and her team. Especially thankful that they had gone the extra mile to remove my girl’s pinkish blemish from her face as the photos were meant for her bday :) thank you ladies !

The Studio Loft Singapore operates on a package model, and specific pricing is best confirmed directly as it is not publicly listed. As a market reference, Singapore photography and videography packages for events typically run: full-day wedding photography S$2,500–6,000+, full-day wedding videography S$3,000–8,000+, baby full-month or 100-day photography S$300–2,000, and birthday or corporate event coverage S$500–2,500+ depending on hours and deliverables. When reviewing any quote, confirm what is itemised separately: deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing), balance payment timing, number of edited images or final video length, delivery timeline, travel charges for non-central venues, and GST. Lead time depends heavily on the event type. For weddings, popular photographers and videographers book out six to twelve months ahead — peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November fill earliest. If your date falls in these months, enquiring eight to twelve months out is sensible. For baby full-month and 100-day celebrations, six to twelve weeks is typically sufficient, though in-demand studios can fill up faster during the year-end festive stretch. For birthday parties and corporate events, four to eight weeks is usually workable. Confirm whether the date is held on payment of the deposit, and ask about the rescheduling policy in case of weather or other unforeseen changes — especially for any outdoor component of the shoot.
The Singapore industry standard is a non-refundable deposit of 30–50% on signing to secure the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. The deposit typically covers date exclusivity and any pre-event planning or consultation time. Confirm in writing whether the deposit is transferable to a rescheduled date if the event is postponed — many reputable studios accommodate one rescheduling within a fixed window without forfeiting the deposit. Ask about public liability insurance coverage, particularly if any portion of the shoot or setup takes place at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue where the venue manager may require a copy of the certificate. Put the full deliverables list, balance schedule, and rescheduling terms in writing before signing.
