I ordered these cute socks from their online store as a gift for a dear friend, and was eagerly looking forward to receiving them but they arrived squeezed into my letterbox with the packaging all crumpled. I know some people might think “it’s just socks” and the packaging gets thrown away anyway, but it doesn’t look nice when you’re giving them as a present. I appreciate that they’re a green and sustainable company, but it would help so much if they could use some form of protective packaging or even a simple recycled box.
