Wagington is fantastic! We boarded our dog there multiple times and he loves it! They sent lots of photos via WhatsApp during his stays. My kids loved seeing the pictures at night during our travels! They took him on lots of walks, lots of petting, and even got him swimming! They truly enjoyed looking after him and are fantastic to work with! 100/10 recommend!!
Our dog has been staying in Wagington whenever we go on vacation for the last seven years. He started staying there when he was just two months old, and Wagington has practically become his second home. Every time I'd leave my dog at Wagington, he'd run into the hotel in excitement, forgetting to even say goodbye. The Wagington hotel team is truly loving and care for our dog like their family member. They're very careful about his health as well. The Wagington hotel is a wonderful place, both in terms of hygiene, professional service, and a warm, homely atmosphere! I almost forgot to mention! The grooming services are fantastic! Our dog always had a stylish cut and a wonderful scent. Sometimes, after grooming, I thought he belonged in Vogue magazine. 😊 Thank you so much for everything the Wagington Team! You will be truly missed!

We have chosen The Wagington for our dog to stay during his moving process to Australia for 180days, and we think that was the best thing we chose for him. I got daily updates pictures and videos from them all day, we didn’t have to ask for. My dog looked so happy during his stay, got to play with other dogs, swim, multiple walks in a day. He got to celebrate his birthday there and it was so special for him with all his friends, cake and snacks. Thank you again Highly recommended! They are so sweet and caring for animals.
We moved to Singapore in mid December 2023 with an incredibly large, and fluffy, Saint Bernard. We needed a place that could accommodate his size for grooming and staff that weren’t scared of him. Never in his 6 years has he gotten such a good grooming; he looked like a show dog! And far from being nervous of him, he was very obviously loved. Bernie also had an extended stay in the pet hotel and was cared for like a treasured family member. We were send tons of photos and had plenty of contact with the team, who were very keen to ensure Bernie’s stay was pleasant and that my nerves were calmed (due to an unpleasant boarding experience in France). The entire team is fantastic, but Delia definitely left a mark on Bernie’s heart. The care and kindness showed during his stay went above and beyond. She hand fed him when he wouldn’t eat, ensured he got up for a walk (no small feat) so his creaky joints were moving, gave him so many cuddles and brushings. In the photos and videos we received in our month away you can see the love in his eyes when Delia was there. It was so comforting to know he was being looked after by someone who genuinely loved him. Many thanks again to the entire team. You all are amazing.

Most grooming providers in Singapore require dogs to be current on their DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies vaccinations. For cats, the FVRCP combination vaccine is the standard requirement. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is frequently required as well, particularly where multiple animals share a space. Vaccinations are generally expected to have been administered within the past 12 months. You will typically need to bring a copy of your pet's vaccination records — issued by a licensed veterinary clinic — on the day of the appointment. Contact The Wagington in advance to confirm their specific requirements so there are no delays at drop-off.
The Wagington is ACRA-registered and KakiList-verified. In Singapore, grooming-specific facilities may be subject to licensing requirements under the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS), particularly where animals are housed on the premises. No AVS boarding licence is listed in the current data for this provider, so it is worth confirming directly whether one applies to the services you are booking. Regarding insurance, coverage for pet injury or illness during a grooming session varies between providers. Before your first appointment, ask The Wagington about their protocol if a pet becomes unwell or is injured during handling, and whether they carry liability insurance for such incidents. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
