New clients typically begin by reaching out via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to discuss their goals, experience level, and any physical conditions or contraindications. It is worth confirming session frequency, package commitment, and cancellation policy before booking, as wellness providers commonly require advance notice for rescheduling.
To get started, contact The Yoga School Singapore directly through WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form on their listing to enquire about class availability, your first-session format, and current pricing.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Attended the Calm & Flow Yoga class at Within and had a lovely experience overall. The studio is clean, well-kept, and fully equipped, which made the session very comfortable. It did feel a little warm during the class, but it was still manageable. The instructor was knowledgeable and guided the class with clear intention, creating a calm and mindful flow throughout. The session closed beautifully and left me feeling relaxed. I’m looking forward to returning to try their Pilates classes next.
Within has been part of my life since it opened, and it has become an uplifting part of my daily rhythm. The space is calm, clean, and beautifully designed - minimal yet warm, with an energy that instantly invites you to pause, reset, slow down and reconnect with yourself. The instructors at Within are amazing – knowledgeable and down-to-earth. They guide you gently and let you move at your own pace. Every session feels thoughtful, with zero pressure to ‘perform’ - just a friendly invite to explore and a safe zone to be fully present. There is a gentle warmth in this heartfelt community, filled with quiet support, kindness, and shared moments of joy. The connections stretch beyond the mat, creating a sense of family. Being part of it has been grounding and inspiring. The studio itself runs seamlessly, from easy class bookings to punctual start times. Every detail - from the soft, glowing lighting and calming music to the carefully chosen mats and props - is thoughtfully curated, making each visit feel deeply intentional and lovingly held. I am truly grateful to be part of this soulful community. If you are looking for a sanctuary that nurtures both your body and your inner world, I invite you to step into Within. Have fun exploring – you might just surprise yourself, and who knows what hidden depths you will awaken within 😊
My faaaaav studio! Teachers are experienced, encouraging and friendly. It’s tough to find a studio that just keeps that space not only physically pretty, clean and nice for you but also safe for you to practice and be in your own moment. My favorite classes are the hot yoga, chair yoga and reformer Pilates classes. Check out Betty, Cheyenne, Ashton, Jamie & Hayley’s classes! And from time to time they have really cool workshops or community DOGGY YOGA & REFORMER CLASSES!
This yoga and pilates studio stands out because of the vibes. ✨✨ You can literally feel the air change when you walk into the studio. It’s almost like your headspace starts to clear. I attended a reformer class with Cheyenne and her instructions are so clear. She gave options and variations that suited beginners to more seasoned practitioners. The studio is also spotless and there is no hair or dust which usually grosses me out. The greenery also helps my nervous system relax. Only good things to say about this place. Just look at the photos! A definite yes to try this studio. Very outstanding!
I’ve tried both yoga and reformer classes here and instantly loved the studio’s vibe. The space is bright, clean, and welcoming. After attending several sessions, I found that the Reformer Align 1 class here is more challenging for beginners compared to other studios. Also, due to limited spots, it can be quite difficult to book reformer classes through ClassPass. I’d love to return once I’ve built up more strength.

The Yoga School Singapore is listed at a '$$' price tier, which typically indicates mid-range pricing. Exact per-session rates, monthly membership fees, and package bundles are not publicly listed, so you will need to enquire directly for a current schedule of fees. When you do, ask specifically about the cost of a single drop-in session versus a multi-class package, whether there is a first-visit or trial rate, and whether materials such as yoga mats or props are included or available for hire. A no-show or late-cancellation fee is common at yoga studios, so confirm that policy in writing before you pay. See the full holistic wellness cost guide for Singapore →
No formal referral is required to book at The Yoga School Singapore. Most yoga and holistic wellness providers ask new clients to complete a short intake form covering fitness level, injury history, and any medical conditions — this helps the instructor place you in the right class and flag contraindications before your first session. If you have a recent injury, a chronic condition such as osteoporosis or high blood pressure, or are in the postnatal period, it is worth mentioning this when you enquire so the studio can recommend appropriate modifications or a suitable class stream. Where a condition is complex, a GP clearance letter is advisable and may also help if you intend to claim sessions under an insurance wellness benefit.
Yoga instruction in Singapore is not regulated by a statutory board in the same way that physiotherapy (AHPC) or Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCMPB) are, so there is no government register to cross-check. Credible yoga instructors typically hold a Yoga Alliance certification (RYT-200 as a baseline, RYT-500 for more advanced training) or equivalent internationally recognised credentials, and may hold specialist certifications in areas such as prenatal yoga, therapeutic yoga, or specific traditions. The Yoga School Singapore has not listed specific instructor credentials in its public profile. Before committing to a package, it is reasonable to ask the studio directly about the lead instructor's training background, years of teaching experience, and whether they carry professional indemnity insurance. Confirm the practitioner's qualifications before beginning any programme, particularly if you are managing a health condition.
