Dr Ho is a great doctor who always put his patients first. When I get to know from my wife that Dr Ho is also specialised in piles treatment, I quickly arranged an appointment with him. I feel assured under his care. He is decisive doctor as he quickly arranged an operation to remove my piles after office hours. I am blessed to have him and I am able to enjoy my Chinese New Year. During a regular health screening I had a finding (thyroid) which required a follow up screen and potential biopsy. I found Dr Ho through google search, contacted his private clinic through what’s app on a Saturday and had an appointment on Monday. I was very anxious and somehow scared. Entering his clinic feels “warm” and not like a regular clinic. The nurses are friendly and Dr. Ho has been very professional, taking time to explain everything and being very patient centric. I felt immediately relieved . I had my second scan with him today to ensure all is fine and it is thanks god. I never wrote a review after a doctors visit but exceptional people who go the extra mile and have a visible passion for what they are doing are rare. Thank you Dr. Ho & team.

Consultations are easy and quick to book via WhatsApp with a team of highly responsive and warm clinic staff. Dr Ho’s consultations are efficient and decisive, without needing lots of investigations and follow-ups. I did two procedures with him and I highly recommend him. As a patient, I’m well prepared for the procedures and after care. Recovery has been swift too. My dad had a very successful parathyroid surgery under Dr Ho. Dr Ho is very caring and constantly checked in on my dad whilst keeping us updated on my dad's condition. The staff at the clinic are also very efficient in their work with the arranging of hospital admission and appointments.
