I’m so glad I visited my ex-gynaecologist, Dr. JJ, for my prolonged heavy menses. My first appointment with him at Thomas Medical was fast and efficient. Both Dr. JJ and the nurse clinician, Ms. Jacqueline, were very attentive and made me feel comfortable and less stressed. They also responded promptly to all my inquiries. It is my 6-8weeks HCG bloodtest monitoring after my molar pregnancy evacuation, so far all my weekly results are dropping. I have a good monitoring and care experience with Dr. Jj and nurse Jackelyn, they never put me in a pressure about my sickness on my first day of consultation. I thought im going to have my chemo but Dr. Jj monitor my hcg level carefully before giving me direct treatment. Nurse jackelyn always welcome me with her charming smile and easy to approach in person and in chat. Now im near to normal. I go back again to the clinic nextweek. If i have any concern about women health im willingly to put my trust to them.

I had a cyst removal done by Dr Wang, and I would like to sincerely thank him and his team for taking such good care of me throughout this period. Visiting a doctor can always feel a little scary, but Dr Wang consistently greets his patients with a warm smile and a calm, reassuring manner, which made the entire experience much less intimidating. He took the time to explain my condition and the procedure clearly and in an easy-to-understand way, which really helped put me at ease. After the procedure, I had a few follow-up questions, and I was very grateful to receive prompt and reassuring replies from both Ms Jacqueline and Dr Wang, even after office hours. Their attentiveness and care made me feel comfortable and well supported throughout my recovery. I truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and dedication shown by Dr Wang and his team, and I would highly recommend them.

I had surgery here recently for a large ovarian cyst/tumour, and I’m really grateful to Dr. JJ and his team. I was honestly very anxious at the start (my husband called it a roller coaster ride), but Dr. JJ explained everything clearly, from the best to the worst case, and that really helped calm my worries. It was reassuring to feel like he had considered every possibility and always had my best interest in mind. The whole process moved surprisingly quickly. From the first consultation to MRI to the actual surgery, everything was arranged in under 2 weeks (would have been under 1 week if I didn’t fall sick). After the surgery, I was amazed at how neat the sutures were - I even ended up googling the technique because I had never seen anything like that. Recovery has been smooth, and whatever pain or discomfort I had was very manageable. A special shoutout to Jacqueline. She’s genuinely kind and very on-the-ball. Her WA replies are always fast, and during consultations she always seemed prepared with whatever forms or info were needed. She even came by my ward after surgery to pass me my medication and check in. The clinic itself is comfortable and nicely done up with modern plants, and the whole place just feels calm. Waiting times were short too and everything felt very organized. They’re a relatively new clinic, but you can really tell that Dr. JJ and his team know what they’re doing. I felt well taken care of from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of care.

My wife visited Dr Wang Junjie's clinic, he is very good and fabulous doctor. Nurse Jacqueline Tan also very helpful is assisting and really very promptly to our request. Jacqueline is very attentive and responsive. They always welcome us with a smile and very detailed.
