As Ralph neared the end of his days, Chris and the team at Pets Avenue provided practical advice and the best care we could give with the remaining time. Their regular checks on us and Ralph showed that every pet under their care was not just an obligation, but what they wanted to do genuinely. After the passing of our dog, they reached out and sent flowers. It was a gesture we cherished. Thank you for staying true to your roles as vets.
Exceptional veterinary care and genuine compassion! Pets Avenue provided outstanding, thoughtful care for my cat during a very stressful situation, always prioritising her comfort and well-being. The veterinarians recommended the right level of treatment with clear communication and measurable results, and Dr Lip Ren, Dr Elaine, and Dr Jansen took ownership with follow-up even outside office hours. I was also invited to stay close to my cat during procedures, which says a lot about how patient-centred this clinic truly is. Highly recommended.
Our heartfelt thanks to Dr Chris and the team at The Pets Avenue (Upper Thomson). After our beloved Kudo passed on, they sent us flowers the very next day, a gesture that truly meant so much to us during such a painful time. We are deeply grateful for their compassion and kindness, especially for allowing us all the time we needed to say our final goodbye and for ensuring that Kudo’s last moments were as peaceful and painless as possible. Dr Chris’s care and empathy helped us through one of the hardest moments of our lives, and we will forever be thankful to him and his team.
Dr Elaine and team have taken such good care of Clover since she was young! Every year for four years we have gone back for a checkup and are reminded how wonderful these folks are. They are so good to Clover, she literally lines up and waits patiently to go inside the clinic with tail wagging every time we pass by.. appointment or not 🤣 never have I ever seen a puppy so excited to be at the vet! We deeply appreciate the incredible in-depth and relevant advice we get, and how Dr. Elaine and the team always go above and beyond. They’ve seen us through puppyhood, spay, and through countless other worries.. and there’s no other vet I’d trust!
A huge thanks to the vets and nurses here at Pets Avenue Upp Thomson. In particular we are so grateful for Dr Ang Yan Qi who showed meticulous care and kindness towards Snowy. Even though it was challenging trying to find an accurate diagnosis, she was really thorough and thoughtful in helping us make the necessary decisions. She really has a great heart for pets. This week has been really tough and tiring but the care and support from the vets gave us the assurance that Snowy was in good hands. Thank you! 👍🏻

For dogs, core vaccinations typically include the DHPP combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies, both of which are standard requirements in Singapore. For cats, the FVRCP vaccine (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) is the core protocol. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is commonly required for pets using boarding or daycare facilities. Most clinics and boarding providers in Singapore require proof that vaccinations are current, generally within the past 12 months. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or digital records to your appointment. If your pet's vaccinations are overdue, Thomson Vet Clinic will be able to advise on a catch-up schedule during the consultation.
