Parents and learners enquiring about Tinkercademy should begin by confirming which level and syllabus the programme is aligned to, and whether the class format — group or one-to-one — suits the learner's needs and pace. It is worth asking whether a trial class is available before committing to a full term, as this allows you to assess the teaching style, the appropriateness of the difficulty level, and how engaged the learner is in the session. Prospective students should also clarify the term commitment required, any materials fees, and whether classes are conducted in person at 59 Jalan Pemimpin (#04-01) or available online.
To take the next step, reach out to Tinkercademy directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to ask about current availability, suitable class levels, and trial class options before committing to a term.
Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
Love this place! Super beginner friendly, and the mentors here always do their best to help participants with any sort of technical issues. Shout out to Mr Akmal, best mentor ever!
Excellent technical support, guidance and advice for novice coders and experienced coders on Robotics. Team members go extra mile to show and assemble kits for those customers who are always fumble with nuts, screws and electronics. Keep it up, Tinkercademy Team!
Item ( photo ID) arrived only after a complaint was registered. Seller does not respond to e-mails. This is a complaint noted by other buyers as well. The results is a wait of almost 1 month, since the seller ignores all e-communications. Not worth the hassle. There are better online services available.

Tinkercademy is listed at a mid-range price point ($$), but specific per-session fees are not publicly stated. Enrichment classes in Singapore are typically structured as per-session rates, monthly packages, or per-term fees — it is worth confirming which model applies and what is included in the cost. Ask about any trial class fee, materials or resource charges, and whether sibling or multi-course discounts are available. Some providers charge a one-off registration fee on top of tuition. Many enrichment providers in Singapore offer a trial class, sometimes at a reduced fee or as part of the first session's cost. A trial is the most reliable way to assess whether the programme is a good fit — consider the learner's engagement level, whether the content matches the current ability, and whether the teaching approach suits the learner's style. Contact Tinkercademy directly to confirm whether a trial class is offered and what the associated cost is. It is also useful to ask what a typical session looks like so you know what to expect on the day.
Specific tutor qualifications are not listed publicly for Tinkercademy. When evaluating any enrichment provider, it is reasonable to ask about the instructors' educational background, relevant industry or teaching experience, and familiarity with the syllabus — whether MOE, IB, IGCSE, or AP. For coding and technology enrichment specifically, industry certifications and project portfolios can be as relevant as formal teaching qualifications. Ask Tinkercademy directly about instructor credentials and how the curriculum is structured and updated.
