After years of searching, I was finally recommended to Dr Wang of Town Vets by my friend. I was seeking a vet who genuinely cared about the wellbeing of my dogs and was patient enough to explore options instead of phoning in and going through the motions. Currently, my three dogs (Chula, Delphi and Bingo) are under the care of Dr Wang and team. They have also consulted with Dr Loke who is also outstanding. The key differentiator between Town Vets and other partitioners is their approach to communication and service. Detailed post-consultation notes, including observations, treatment done, medication dispensed and care tips are shared very quickly after each visit via Telegram. In addition, the extended team is very engaging and quick to respond to enquiries. It is evident that everyone who works at Town Vets enjoys being around animals and it looks like a conducive environment to be around! On occasion, treats for humans and pets are displayed at reception which is a nice touch. We were also gifted a bag of treats by the vivacious Khartini! Whilst this review is long overdue (I’ve been a customer for two years or so), I hope it helps other pet owners find their forever vet. Kudos to Kai, Neil, Dorothy, Elizabeth, Woon Yong, Syakur and the rest of the team for the amazing work they do everyday!

The best vet clinic ever. The doctors, nurses and receptionists are amazing people. Friendly, helpful and supportive. Momo has been going here 4 years and counting. He prefers the vet room as opposed to the waiting area 😂 The vets will provide treats to ensure it is a positive experience. The clinic follow ups via telegram (the greatest) after appointments. I would travel down just for this clinic. Momo is the most relaxed at this clinic. We’ve had to come for multiple visits (vaccinations, kennel cough, ring worm, sterilisation and dental scaling) so we are really grateful to have found an amazing go-to clinic for help.

I am very happy with the service received. As a first time owner of a feline, the staff at the counter were helpful, the wait time was short (please make an appointment) and the doctor was very patient and understanding of the situation. It made me feel very comfortable. They also offered me a service to trim my cat's nails which I gladly accept. I was also taught how to feed my cat medication. Before I left, they told me that if I had any questions, I could simply message them for free. I will definitely go back to this vet if my cat has issues again. (hopefully not)

We brought our cat here back in Jan (2025). Dr Boon and her team of nurses were really friendly and helpful. You can really sense their love and passion for animals. Our cat is now living happy and healthy thanks to Town Vets. Really thankful for all the help they’ve provided 😊🫰

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Town Vets Animal Clinic charge?

Veterinary consultation fees at clinics in Singapore typically range from around S$30 to S$80 for a standard visit, with the final bill depending on the treatments, tests, or medications prescribed. Costs can rise substantially for diagnostic procedures such as blood panels, X-rays, or ultrasounds, and surgical procedures carry their own separate fee structures. Additional charges to clarify before your visit include vaccination packages, parasite prevention products, and any dispensed medication. Some clinics apply a surcharge for after-hours or public holiday consultations. See the full Veterinary Clinics cost guide for Singapore →

What vaccinations does Town Vets Animal Clinic require?

For dogs, core vaccinations typically include the DHPP combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and rabies. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is commonly required if your dog attends boarding, daycare, or group training facilities. For cats, the FVRCP combination covering feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia is standard. Most facilities expect vaccinations to have been administered within the past 12 months, and you will generally need to present a vaccination card or vet-issued certificate as proof. If your pet is overdue or you are unsure of their vaccination status, contact Town Vets Animal Clinic before your visit so the team can advise on what is needed.

Is Town Vets Animal Clinic licensed and insured?

Veterinary clinics in Singapore operate under the oversight of the National Parks Board (NParks) and the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS), which licenses veterinary practitioners and regulates animal-related businesses. Boarding and grooming facilities additionally require an AVS Animal Facility Licence. Town Vets Animal Clinic is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person has confirmed operating details and the contact channel. However, no regulatory licences are currently listed on this profile, so it is advisable to ask the clinic directly to confirm their AVS or NParks registration details before your visit. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
