Really pleasant visit with Dr Neo. She handled our Berry boy gently and with the utmost care. The staff in the clinic were really helpful and friendly too. Surprisingly, the appointments after were all for budgies too! Indeed a budgie day! :)
Appointment at 10, left the clinic close to 12 after quite a fair bit of waiting just for vaccination and microchipping. Besides waiting, the whole experience was just not ideal. Requested for them to cut my baby's nail but they barely managed to cut any stating that my baby was too stressed. In the past, nail cutting was never an issue as Dr Neo would do it with us in the consultation room (which was less stressful for my baby because we could help to hold her instead of the vet techs). While we heard the vet nurses clearly saying that they only managed to cut one side of the front paws, the counter staff claimed that they cut both front paws so will charge me half price for that (as if doing me a favour)? Eventually I still need to bring my baby to the groomer to clip nails and pay full price for it. One of my babies pooped in fear at the clinic, and they didn't even bother to clean the poop off her backside before putting her back in the carrier 🥲 After the long waiting at the clinic, we eventually reached home to clean off the half hardened poop on her backside 🥲 We have been bringing our babies to TP animal clinic since we got them 3 years ago. Even though the clinic opens only on weekdays and we would need to take off from work to visit, it has always been a pleasant experience each time whether it was Dr Neo or other vets. However, I don't think I'll ever come back again with today's experience. Man, I miss Dr Neo! And bye TP animal clinic. P.S. I am also not sure why they had to shave such a big patch off each of my baby's neck just to microchip
Dr Sheryl is very patient and detailed when explaining. Nurse was also very friendly!
Went to the clinic cos my parrot 🦜 plucking the feathers 🪶 . Attended by Dr Ng who is very detailed in her explanation and patient too. The stall very polite. Highly recommend.
Hassle-free in every way. Beats going to usual vet clinics. Ample parking and quiet. The clinic was very clean. Dr Neo was so good with the birds. She explained everything we needed to know in a nice and polite way. Great find for me.

Veterinary consultation fees in Singapore typically range from S$30 to S$80 for a standard visit, with specialist or after-hours appointments running higher. Additional costs may include diagnostic tests (blood panels, X-rays, urinalysis), vaccinations, medication dispensed on the day, and any surgical or dental procedures. TP Animal Clinic & Wellness is priced at the mid-range tier ($$), though specific fee schedules are not publicly listed — contact the clinic directly for a breakdown before your appointment. For ongoing or complex care, ask whether the clinic offers packaged wellness plans or follow-up pricing. It is also worth confirming whether pet insurance is accepted or whether invoices can be formatted for reimbursement claims. See the full Veterinary Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
For dogs, core vaccinations typically include DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies, with bordetella (kennel cough) often required if your dog attends boarding or daycare facilities. For cats, the FVRCP combination vaccine (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia) is standard, along with rabies. Proof of vaccination is generally required at drop-off for any boarding or grooming service, and records should be current — typically within the past 12 months. Even for a standard consultation, having your pet's vaccination history on hand helps the vet assess overall health status and flag any overdue boosters. Contact TP Animal Clinic & Wellness directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements before your visit.
Veterinary practices in Singapore are regulated by the National Parks Board (NParks) under the Animals and Birds Act, and all practising veterinarians must be registered with the Singapore Veterinary Council. Boarding and grooming facilities additionally require a licence from the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS), a cluster of NParks. No regulatory licences are listed on the TP Animal Clinic & Wellness KakiList profile at this time — confirm directly with the clinic that the practising veterinarians hold current Singapore Veterinary Council registration before proceeding with any treatment. It is also prudent to ask about the clinic's protocol in the event of an adverse reaction or injury during a procedure, and whether professional indemnity or facility insurance is in place. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
