Have paid a trial price for a part time cleaner. Already mentioned needed this cleaner to be available for Monday. After the trial and wanted to confirm for subsequent Mondays, then was told the cleaner would be away for 2 months leave. Waited for 2 months for the cleaner to be back, was then told the staff would be despatched for other work and offered other day of the week where cleaning is not needed on my side. Totally unprofessional.
