Very responsive and professional team who arrived punctually! The team did chemical wash for my aircon units and I appreciated that they went the extra mile to lay a clean sheet over our belongings to prevent it from getting dirty or wet. Work was done efficiently and my aircon was back in good condition. They also helped to replace my faulty light at the balcony, as well as the switch. The workers noticed that the water flush was leaking and helped to fix that too. I’m impressed by the team’s 10/10 service, definitely recommending them to my family and friends!

Satisfied by the prompt response and assistance, requested for their service regarding water pipe leakage through the SendHelper app. Dispatcher was quick to engage and schedule an inspection. Same day inspection and repair, the workers were friendly and knowledgeable, quality of work is good, they resolved an issue of mismatching pipe and valve promptly, quality of work is good. Engaged with these contractors well ahead of time for a check-out repainting, they confirmed. After going back to ask them some follow-up questions they didn't reply for well over a week. After we chased them again they said they were too busy and we'll have to find someone else to do it. With less than 1 week's notice, putting us right in the lurch. They should consider changing their name because this is the opposite of 'boleh'.
