Bring along your pet's vaccination records, as these are typically reviewed during a first visit and are essential if your pet requires boarding or any procedures. If your pet has an existing health condition, note down the history and any medications currently prescribed. Sincerely thankful to Dr Lee See Yang and his team for taking good care of my CHH Louie. Louie required emergency surgery for bladder stones removal when one of the larger stone got lodged in his urethra. Dr Lee was professional in the pre op investigations and explanations and post surgery updates which was assuring. I strongly recommend Dr Lee for your fur baby! Not forgetting the front line team Gillian and vet techs team for taking care of Louie and assuring me. I appreciate how supportive and responsive your team has been.

I brought my dog in for an emergency. The vet techs on duty were generally great and showed care and comfort to both me and my dog, who was bleeding. However, while I understand that filling in the walk-in form is mandatory, one of the vet techs was very insistent that I complete it even as I was trying to manage my injured dog. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in to help by holding his leash. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr Liu was massively disappointing. He seemed impatient and dismissive throughout the process. Each time I asked what had happened or what caused my dog’s condition, he sighed and gave vague answers like “there are a few possibilities” and said more details would come after the check-up. After the procedure, he again spoke about after-care, but when I pressed for details, he sighed once more and gave a very cursory response. The next day, my dog developed bloody stools. When I contacted the clinic, they offered to either prescribe a gastro protectant or have me bring my dog in for another consultation. By then, I had completely lost confidence in their care. I took my dog to another vet for a second opinion — who immediately noted that a gastro protectant should have been prescribed after the procedure. Because it wasn’t, my dog suffered further complications: bloody stools, vomiting blood, and even an infection. This entire situation could have been prevented with proper after-care and communication. While I appreciate the kindness of some of the vet techs, I do not recommend this clinic or Dr Liu based on my experience.

Dear Julian, I have never visited your clinic, and we have never met, but I just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for your professionalism and kindness in helping us connect with specialist for an urgent appointment in the middle of Saturday afternoon. I feel truly fortunate that you answered my call at a time when I felt helpless, as no clinics or even A&E were able to offer any assistance, not to mention any interest in helping me. With your help, we are going through treatment process at specialist clinic you connected me to, your prompt support and compassion, even when you did not have any reason whatsoever to help us, meant the world to us during such a difficult moment. Your professionalism and care brought us great comfort when we needed it most, and for that, we cannot thank you enough. With sincere appreciation, Brian & Family

Multiple visits from consultations to surgery, overall staff and vets are warm and honest in their opinions and assessment. Every steps that is needed to take are explained in detailed patiently by their team. Price wise I would say they are comparable and competitive to other vets. Thank you Dr Lee See Yang and team.

United Vet is honestly the best vet clinic that you’ll want to send your pets to. The vets (Dr Lee, Dr Talitha, Dr Daphne & basically everyone there) are so knowledgeable and good with my cats. They are always so friendly, detail oriented and takes good care of my cats. The assistants and staff are fantastic too. What impresses me the most is the follow up by the staff too. They are so attentive and they never fail to check in next day with you via WhatsApp to ask how my kitties are. Big thank you to Winchelle, Livia, Rani, Pooja & Ke Ying! United Vet is truly a vet clinic that really cares and puts animals first. A couple of times I had terrible pet scares from my kitties and they would always squeeze me in despite being very busy. Unlike some other vets who would turn you down flat despite how frantic or urgent or desperate you are - with a sick cat. This, I greatly appreciate it. And which is why I decided to switch my 2 cats to United vets even though they are further from my place. I know my fur babies are in the best hands with United Vet! Thank you so much for everything!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does United Veterinary Clinic charge?

United Veterinary Clinic is priced at a moderate tier, though specific per-visit fees are not publicly listed and will vary depending on the type of consultation, your pet's species, size, and breed, and any treatments or procedures required. Routine consultations at veterinary clinics in Singapore typically start from around S$30–S$60, with specialist services, diagnostics, and surgical procedures priced significantly higher. When enquiring, ask the clinic to confirm any additional costs such as medications dispensed on the day, diagnostic tests, vaccinations, and follow-up visits. There is no GST on veterinary services from clinics that are not GST-registered, but it is worth confirming the clinic's GST status when you call. See the full Veterinary Clinics cost guide for Singapore →

What vaccinations does United Veterinary Clinic require?

For dogs, core vaccinations typically include the DHPP combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies, with bordetella often required if your dog will be in contact with other animals during boarding or daycare. For cats, the FVRCP vaccine (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) is standard, with additional vaccines available depending on lifestyle and risk. Most clinics and boarding facilities in Singapore require proof that vaccinations are current, typically within the past 12 months. It is advisable to bring your pet's vaccination booklet or records to every appointment. If your pet's vaccinations are not up to date, United Veterinary Clinic should be able to advise on a catch-up schedule during your consultation.

Is United Veterinary Clinic licensed and insured?

Veterinary clinics and boarding facilities in Singapore are regulated by the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS), a cluster under the National Parks Board (NParks). Veterinary clinics require a valid AVS licence to operate, and all practising veterinarians must be registered with AVS. The listing for United Veterinary Clinic does not currently include details of specific regulatory licences held, so it is advisable to confirm the clinic's AVS licence number directly when you call or enquire. Regarding insurance, ask the clinic about their protocols in the event that your pet is injured, has an adverse reaction to treatment, or becomes unwell during a procedure. Responsible clinics will have clear processes for managing such situations and should be able to explain their indemnity arrangements. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
