Cats at the dentist, eyes so wide, Left with shiny teeth — and lots of pride! Calm hands and listening ear, A heart that soothes away the fear. With patience, care, and gentle art, Healing flows from a kind heart. Thank you Dr Donovan (A good Vet for your pets) 5 star ratings . 5星🌟好评。
We have been going to them for several years now. We have nothing but good reviews for the entire team at the veterinary clinic. The vets and nurses are all very professional, patient and kind. When we had to do my dog’s spay surgery, Dr Don explained everything in detail and walked us through the whole thing which was very reassuring. We have also seen Dr Pearl several times and she is always very patient and extremely gentle with our dog. They may not have all the facilities, equipment, etc but they more than make up for with a great attitude and genuine care for their patients. My dog feels very safe here and is always happy to walk into the clinic. (That is always a good sign)
Recently brought our 11 year old cat, Cherry, to visit Dr Pearl in early June due to the growing concern of a small lump near one of Cherry’s nipple. Dr Pearl was very patient and professional in explaining to us the malignant nature of mammary lumps in female cats. She was extremely clear and thoughtful in laying out the possible courses of action we could take from there on, ie. biopsy, staging and scaling of mammary cancer, surgical intervention and chemotherapy etc. This was extremely important in helping lost pet owners like ourselves navigate through all the new information. We are also thankful to the team for expediting the diagnostics procedures which allowed us to have the chest x-rays done at the other branch on the same day. Cherry’s lump was eventually removed by Dr Pearl a few days later and the biopsy results came back positive for mammary tumour. She was referred to a Specialist Hospital by Dr Pearl to have a double chain mastectomy done. We are immensely grateful that Cherry is doing well post surgery. She is back to her usual self and hopefully she has a few more years to live cancer free. We really owe it to Dr Pearl and the team for their quick and professional response to Cherry’s case.
The clinic can get quite busy so it's better to schedule an appointment early. Dr Pearl helped my cat do dental cleaning. She was patient and kind when explaining things to me. There was a counter staff/assistant who was friendly and polite too
Dr Pearl took care of our pet for years. Small clinic (no x-ray facilities) good for basic care and general maintenance of pets' health - i.e., basic checkups, vaccinations, etc. Only one vet on duty (there may be days with no vets on duty) - Queries may receive very delayed responses, esp when vet is busy on that day. May not be suitable for pets requiring day hospitalization as pet may not get the intensive care required. Recommended for regular maintaining of pets' basic health routine checkups.

Veterinary fees in Singapore vary depending on the type of consultation, your pet's species, size, and the procedures involved. A standard consultation typically ranges from S$30 to S$80, with specialist visits, diagnostics, vaccinations, and surgical procedures priced separately on top of that. Vet Clinic @ Holland is listed at a mid-range price point ($$), suggesting fees in line with or slightly above entry-level clinics in Singapore. Additional charges to clarify before your visit may include fees for blood panels, X-rays, prescribed medication, follow-up consultations, and any hospitalisation if required. It is worth asking for an itemised estimate before proceeding with non-emergency procedures. See the full Veterinary Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
For dogs, core vaccinations typically include the DHPP combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies, both of which are widely required by veterinary facilities and boarding or daycare providers. For cats, the FVRCP vaccine (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) is considered core. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is often required specifically for boarding and group daycare settings. Most facilities expect vaccinations to have been administered within the past 12 months. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or documentary proof when attending any appointment. If your pet's records are not current, Vet Clinic @ Holland may be able to administer the necessary vaccinations during your visit — confirm this when you call ahead.
Veterinary clinics in Singapore operate under the oversight of the National Parks Board (NParks) and the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS). Practising veterinarians are required to be registered with the Singapore Veterinary Council. Vet Clinic @ Holland does not currently have regulatory licences listed on its KakiList profile, so it is advisable to confirm AVS compliance and the registration status of the attending veterinarian directly with the clinic before your first visit. Regarding insurance, enquire whether the clinic carries professional indemnity cover and what protocols are in place should a complication arise during treatment or a procedure. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
