Dr Daphne Ang is gentle and knowledgeable, and helped my hamster when she was having respiratory issues. She even brought her in for oxygen treatment and prescribed antibiotics that really helped my hamster in just a day. Thank you so much! Thank you to the receptionist too who allowed me to come in for an appointment at 10am when I called in at 9am. You’re amazing!

Called at 430pm to make an appointment for 6pm. Dr Ng Boon Jun was very gentle, kind and patient with our hamster. Found out that our hamster had too big pieces of food in his cheek pouch causing it to stretch. But our hamster still had breathing issues and looked like its leg had a limp. Dr Ng patiently explained to us the possible causes and next course of action. He transparently shared that an x-ray may not be the most helpful in this case and offered insulin painkillers. He also did a demo to show us how to deliver the painkiller even though he didn’t have to. Cost for consultation and medication was super reasonable and affordable!!! 💯

Professional team especially Dr Felicia. Practical and don’t over prescribe. Skilled not just in name. Listens to help. Reasonable fees. Been with them since our furkid was 4 months and after a bad experience in another vet.

I took my hamster to the vet for a check-up because she had been lethargic. Sadly, during the examination, she suddenly passed away when the vet was checking her teeth and tail. The vet suggested it might have been a heart attack, as it happened so unexpectedly. It was such a shock, especially since she had been eating and drinking normally at home just before the visit, with no clear signs that things were worsening. I thought I was doing the right thing by taking her to the vet, but now I can’t stop questioning my decision. She was always so timid and afraid of strangers, and during the check-up, she seemed so distressed when the vet handled her. I can’t help but wonder if the stress, combined with her fragile condition, might have been too much for her little body to handle. Looking back, I can’t shake the thought that maybe it would have been the best to let her stay at home, where she felt safe and comfortable. Perhaps she could have had a few more days—or even weeks—nestled in the place she loved, passing away peacefully instead of so suddenly. The thought of her final moments being filled with fear and stress is something I will carry with me for a long time.

Knowledgeable and good to my cat. They were able to accommodate a vaccination appointment quickly. Fees are reasonable and posted on their wall
