We had a great experience at VetMedic. I would definitely recommend this clinic to all pawparents. We have been to many vet clinics but VetMedic is one of the best. The VetMedic team went above and beyond for our cat, Mochi, who has since succumbed to his illness. Throughout the treatment period, they were always very gentle with Mochi. As a result, Mochi felt so comfortable with the clinic that he wanted to walk around and explore the environment. VetMedic was also very prompt in their replies and always responded to any enquiries I had. Before Mochi passed away, we brought him for one final checkup, where the team did their best to ensure he crosses the rainbow bridge with ease. They provided him pain relief and responded very promptly when I had concerns pertaining to Mochi's passing. When I brought up my concerns, they even delivered medication to my home so we can administer medicine to make Mochi even more comfortable for his passing. Even after his passing, they still sent us a bouquet. We are very touched by all their longstanding and relentless effort.

Our dog, Bubu, is 7 years old and had a big bump near her eye. After consultation, it was diagnosed as a skin tumor that required removal along with reconstructive surgery. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Doctor Ng and the entire Vetmedic team. Doctor Ng explained everything clearly, handled the surgery smoothly, and made us feel very reassured throughout the whole process. The fees were also reasonable and affordable, which really eased our worries during a stressful time. Thanks to their professionalism and care, Bubu is now recovering well, and we are able to enjoy our Chinese New Year happily and worry-free with her by our side. A day earlier, Our Cat sweety were found there is a foreing body found in her small intestine after days of running here and there from clinics to do xrays and to VES emergency to just do a ultra sound scanning and confirmed there is a big foreing body stuck in her small intestine, we spent almost 6k sgd. eventually, due to VES hospital surgery costing so expensive for nearly 10K SGD for the follow-up surgery, they suggest to find other clinic that can do the surgery with more affordable price but must be done on the same day due to the urgency. Fortunately for us, after numerous clinic that are fully booked/no slot, Dr. NG from Vetmedic, who's actually on his leave, decided to come back to the clinic to help sweety with the surgery with far more affordable price. Everything from there onwards, Dr. NG and the team, and Dr. Ong who follow up the next day were promptly updating us and make sure sweety is taken care of. A very job well done to the vetmedic team. Thank you so much for the professionalism and friendly approach throughout our journey. Hope Sweety will recover quickly ❤️.

Dr. Colonel was incredibly helpful with our urgent requests for Xiao Hei, has allowed us to bring her in the next morning at 9.30 even though the clinic was full. As it was his day off , he has arranged for Dr. Ong Shi Hui to look into Xiao Hei's critical condition. Dr Ong was amazing, fitting us into her busy schedule for the procedure.
