About VetMobile SG

About VetMobile SG

VetMobile SG is a mobile veterinary service operating islandwide across Singapore, listed and verified on KakiList. It holds a 4.9-star rating on Google across 29 reviews — a small sample size, so treat this figure as directional rather than conclusive. The service is priced at the mid-range tier ($$), though specific per-visit fees are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly with the provider.

When reaching out, it helps to have your pet's details to hand: breed, size, age, and temperament, along with a summary of your pet's vaccination history. As a mobile service, VetMobile SG comes to you, so you will want to confirm the areas covered by their islandwide offering and discuss whether your preferred time slot is available. Be prepared to share any existing medical records or concerns — this allows the vet to arrive prepared rather than conducting a cold assessment. If your pet is anxious or has had difficult experiences at a clinic, a mobile visit may reduce stress considerably, and it is worth mentioning this when you make contact.

To take the next step, reach out to VetMobile SG via WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form on their listing. Have your pet's vaccination records and a brief history of any current health concerns ready before you get in touch, so the conversation can move quickly to scheduling a visit.

I cannot recommend this vet highly enough. They provide home-visit veterinary service, which already makes a huge difference when my dog is stressed or unwell — no traumatic car ride, no waiting room full of other animals. Dr. Angeline and the team have been taking care of my dog for over a few months now. Every single visit they are extremely gentle, patient, and genuinely compassionate. They really listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly without rushing, and never make me feel silly for asking “small” questions. You can really tell they love animals and truly care about both the pets and the owners’ peace of mind. If you’re lucky enough to have them as your vet, treasure them — they’re one of the best decisions I’ve made for my dog’s health and comfort. Thank you so much for everything you do! Would give 10 stars if I could.

Fantastic Vet! Came on site & helped to handle, prescribe medication on a sick stray dog in Tuas since a stray cannot be made to be caged like domesticated dogs to be brought to a vet clinic. After the right medication, the stray dog Brownie is nursed back to health. Highly recommended!

A true angel in our darkest hour – thank you, Dr. Angeline and Zheng Hao Our dearest corgi was diagnosed with heart disease in December 2024, and her condition gradually worsened over the months. While we were away on a short holiday, she suffered two cardiac arrests at home on the day we landed. We rushed back immediately and she had yet another episode shortly after we arrived. We brought her to the emergency vet at VES, where we were told she might not survive the night and were advised to consider euthanasia. Devastated, we decided to bring her home so she could be surrounded by family and love. Over the next few days, she had more cardiac arrests—seven in total—but was able to see her closest friends and family. When we knew we could no longer bear to see her in pain, a close friend (who is also a vet) recommended Dr. Angeline from VetMobile, praising her for her compassion and gentleness. I reached out to VetMobile and was reassured that Dr. Angeline would assess our corgi’s condition before making any final decision. On the day of the appointment, Dr. Angeline and Zheng Hao came to our home, and our corgi immediately felt at ease—she even laid down next to them. They were incredibly gentle, patient, and kind. After a thorough assessment, Dr. Angeline told us our corgi was still bright, alert, and good-natured, and that her quality of life was still present. Instead of proceeding with euthanasia, she offered us an alternative—trying an oxygen chamber and providing standby medication in case of emergencies. We are beyond grateful for Dr. Angeline’s honesty, compassion, and medical judgment. She didn’t recommend euthanasia just because it was the easier path, but truly saw and cared for our corgi as a living being, not just a case. She even loaned us an oxygen chamber, which has made such a difference—our corgi has been looking and feeling better since that visit. Thank you, Dr. Angeline and Zheng Hao, for giving us hope when we thought all was lost. Your kindness, integrity, and empathy mean the world to our family. We’re holding onto hope, and we’ll never forget what you’ve done for us.

I have an old senior english pointer and Dr. Angeline and ZH are absolute hero for my dog. I was recommended vetmobile from one of old friend of mine and I'm soooooo glad I got to know vetmobile. She knew exactly how to exam my dog when she arrived at my place, and thoroughly checked his physical condition. She was very kind to suggest different remedies and exercises I can try to ease his mobility and very attentive for any questions I have. I could genuinely feel their sincereness & kindness towards to animals and I can really trust their professional feedback and suggestions. I'd recommend them to any pet parents, 100%!!

Thank you Dr Angeline and Zheng Hao for your compassion and care in euthanizing our senior bulldog. Both your thoughtfulness and gentle approach has brought us much comfort in knowing that our beloved boy has left us peacefully. We are forever grateful.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does VetMobile SG charge?

VetMobile SG does not publish a fixed price list publicly, and fees for mobile veterinary services in Singapore vary depending on the nature of the visit, your pet's size and breed, and the treatments required. As a general market reference, mobile vet consultations in Singapore typically start from around S$80–S$150 per visit, with additional charges for medications, diagnostic tests, vaccinations, or minor procedures carried out on-site. For mobile services, a transport surcharge or travel fee may apply depending on your location. Ask VetMobile SG directly for a fee breakdown before confirming your appointment, and clarify whether follow-up visits are charged separately. What vaccinations does VetMobile SG require?

For dogs, core vaccinations typically include the DHPP combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and rabies. For cats, the FVRCP vaccine (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) is standard. If your pet visits boarding or daycare facilities separately, bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is often required by those providers as well. Most veterinary providers expect vaccinations to be current — generally within the past 12 months. When booking with VetMobile SG, have your pet's vaccination booklet or certificate ready to share. If your pet is overdue, the vet may be able to administer boosters during the same visit; confirm this when you enquire.

Is VetMobile SG licensed and insured?

VetMobile SG is verified on KakiList, meaning a real person has confirmed operating details and the contact channel. However, no regulatory licences are listed on this profile. In Singapore, veterinary practices and practitioners are regulated by the National Parks Board (NParks) under the Animals and Birds Act, and individual vets must be registered with NParks. Boarding facilities additionally require an AVS licence. Before your first appointment, it is reasonable to ask VetMobile SG to confirm the attending veterinarian's NParks registration number and whether the service carries professional indemnity or public liability insurance. Visit the facility or vehicle if possible, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance cover before your pet's first visit.
