When preparing for a visit, it helps to have your pet's vaccination records on hand, as these are typically required for any clinical consultation and are especially important if your pet requires boarding or follow-up procedures. It is worth noting your pet's size, breed, and temperament in advance, as these details allow the veterinary team to prepare appropriately. If your pet has not visited this clinic before, a brief introductory call via phone or the enquiry form can help you clarify what to expect, confirm appointment availability, and discuss any specific health concerns before drop-off or your scheduled visit.
To take the next step, reach out to Vets for Life Animal Clinic by phone or through the contact form to book a consultation, describe your pet's needs, and confirm any vaccination or documentation requirements ahead of your appointment.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
“Brought my corgi Coco for a check-up at Vets for Life Clinic (katong)— the staffs are warm, attentive, and made Coco feel at ease right away. Dr. Keshia Beng was highly professional, thorough in her examination, and explained everything clearly with genuine care. Excellent service and expertise — highly recommend!”
Our experience at Vets for Life was very comfatable. Our 2 years old fur child was heavily committing on Monday night. We brought her to our regular vet clinic but unfortunately the doctor was ill. We were referred to Vet for Life, where she was carefully diagnosed and treated by Dr Sharon Lim. She was very nice to explain all the details and answer our questions patiently. Specially thanks to Gina who helped to translate complicated medical terms into Chinese for our easy understanding. Both Sharon and Gina are such friendly and experienced professionals. Now she is getting better. Thank both of you on behalf of our little one.
Had a great experience at Vets for Life Animal Clinic. Dr Beng is very patient and takes time to explain everything clearly. The staff at reception Jasmine and Megan are friendly and very accommodating, which made the visit smooth and reassuring.
Vets for Life have always taken the best care of Mocha, our Weimaraner. It’s heartwarming to see how they interact with her, and the other pets, they clearly love animals. Finding a trustworthy vet with a good reputation is not easy but you can be assured that your beloved pet is in the best hands with Vets for Life

Vets for Life Animal Clinic displays a mid-range pricing tier ($$), but specific consultation fees, procedure costs, and medication charges are not publicly listed. In Singapore, a standard veterinary consultation typically ranges from S$30 to S$80, with specialist procedures, diagnostics, and surgery priced separately and varying considerably by complexity. For grooming add-ons or ancillary services, pricing often depends on your pet's size, breed, and coat condition. It is advisable to ask for a written breakdown of expected costs — covering consultation fees, any diagnostic tests, prescribed medications, and follow-up charges — before proceeding with treatment. For dogs, core vaccinations typically include the DHPP combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies. Bordetella (kennel cough) is commonly required if your pet will be boarding or attending daycare facilities. For cats, the standard FVRCP vaccine (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia) is the baseline requirement. Most clinics and boarding facilities in Singapore expect vaccinations to be current within the past 12 months. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or certificate to your appointment. If records are not up to date, the clinic can advise on a catch-up schedule before any boarding or elective procedure is undertaken. Contact the clinic directly to confirm their specific vaccination policy for your pet's species and circumstances.
