So upset. My family has been relying on Vets for Pets for both of our cats’ health, for years. Didn’t know that now they do not accept emergency cases, and only appointments. Plus, the service was so unsympathetic. What if my cat was dying, or vomiting/peeing blood. Disappointing.

Completely dissapointed. My cat was having an emergency and was clearly in pain due to some urinary issue. The clinic was completely not remorseful of the situation. There were clearly no pets at the clinic at that point of time but they still pushed us to go to the emergency hospital instead. Never coming here again, no point in opening a vet if you do not care for animals.

We went to see Dr June for our cat yesterday who had urinary issues. She was very knowledgeable and thorough in her explanation and very patient in answering all our queries. Most importantly, she performed all the appropriate procedures to assess our cat properly. we appreciate that unlike many other vets we’ve encountered, she knew exactly what was needed and did not perform unnecessary tests or over-prescribed tests. she also gave us the reassurance we needed to put our concerns to rest. With her advice, today our cat is doing much better and finally peeing normally. Thank you Dr June! Mimi also sends his appreciation with a heart shape pee! (see photo) 😆

I brought my kitten Snow for sterilisation this morning 10am on 19 July 2022. And pick her at 5pm after the staff called. When we reached home, she didn't feel comfortable, look sad & inactive. Thought that was the surgery had make her pain & tired. Then my hubby realized that the Hypodermic needle was still at her hand. The staff had forgot to remove after discharged her. I called & told the staff & asked. The staff asked me to bring her back to clinic to remove the needle. How could they make this type of mistake? Thought they are all professionals! The counter staff & nurses are very young, like those who still study in polytechnic or university. They are not really approachable too. Feeling so sad & angry for my kitten for unnecessary suffered.
