😡😡😡 SUPER BAD ATTITUDE AND POOR SERVICE!!! 😡😡😡 Bought quite a few items during a CLOSING DOWN AT PENANG ROAD/ MOVING SALES from the owner Mr Lim from VIVANT CONCEPT & CONTRACTS... ....$300+ 2 LED lights with Drivers (for internal cabinet drawer). My electrician said they are wrong and can't be use 😢 I called back to ask him for help to not let these items gone to waste and ask him to use it for other future projects. His bad attitude was shocking representing such high end cabinet brand 😱😱😱, (they brand themselves as high end kitchen cabinet, fabrication/ installation specialist) and just slam down the phone 😤😤😤 after saying:- "I don't remember what I sold u and how much and I don't refund". There is a saying, how you handle small things tells alot about you and your brand. Buyers paying 5 to 6 figure kitchen cabinets, you do not need to support such bad service providers, I am sure your money is better supporting designers with better attitude! If you choose to, just be prepared to check before paying. Another item is a in-cupboard dustbin that I bought 2 sets, one of the set is short of a set of the installation parts (holding the dustbin to secure the bin to the drawer mechanism) and again, didn't get back, so the items cannot be installed. Inshort, just hope that this sharing helps home owners to not get caught with this terrible one! Good Luck!
