Prospective clients typically begin by reaching out via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to discuss their wellness goals — whether stress reduction, flexibility, strength, breathwork, or a more holistic mind-body practice. From there, a first-visit consultation or introductory session helps establish the most appropriate class type and level. It is worth asking about session frequency, package options versus single-session drop-ins, and the cancellation policy before committing to a block of classes.
To take the next step, contact Vyasa Yoga Singapore directly through WhatsApp or phone to enquire about current class schedules, availability, and any introductory offers for first-time participants.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I joined the YICC training course conducted by Manoj, Master RP, Suchi ji and other outstanding instructors and it was a great learning experience that i would definitely recommend to those who wants to learn more about Yoga. Even though i only started my yoga journey this year, I learnt a lot about Yoga theories, correct ways of doing Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation. Thank you vyasa yoga and i will continue to come back for courses
Just attended the wheels yoga workshop and it was so much fun! We started from the basics and built up to many advance moves by the end of the session. Our master yoga instructor RP Singh has much experience behind him and taught us the techniques well and to do the poses safely. He has great pointers for each and every one. Totally enjoyable workshop! Will be signing up for the next workshop!
Update oct 2025: i attended the 10-hour hands on adjustment with Master RP and I came home really feeling inspired to deepen my practice more. Master RP was very patient in ensuring everyone understood how to adjust ourselves and other people to achieve asanas. I appreciated all the guidance he gave for every individual, i was able to do asanas i never attempted or have the confidence to do in the past. He is very experienced and really understands how to adjust different people in a personalized approach. He respects limits but also knows when to push. My classmates were all very supportive as well and it made the whole experience really enjoyable and motivating! Definitely would attend another workshop with Master RP if i get the chance again. 🙏 August 2025: Signed up for the YICC course and just completed my 80 hours with my batchmates. Now I know why this place is so highly rated - it is grounded, genuine, and welcoming. Our teachers Manoj ji, Shibu ji, Dr Ram, Shreyash ji, were amazing and patient and imparted so much wisdom freely. I came here without knowing what yoga truly was, and now I am excited to learn more and further continue my practice with Vyasa. Highly recommend this place if you want to learn traditional yoga and yoga as a way of life.
👏🤩 What an incredible 10 hours in the Hands-on Adjustment Workshop at Vyasa Yoga. 🧘🏻♀️ Every moment is filled with so much joy learning the details in yoga asanas from Master RP and awesome exchange of positive energy with the other practitioners. Thank you to Teacher RP for your patience and humour. Your generous sharing of your knowledge in yoga is invaluable. I appreciate how your encouraging cues can help us explore and unlock new depth in our bodies that we never thought possible. 🙏 👍 Highly recommend this workshop to all practitioners who are curious to learn how to deepen their Yoga practice.
It’s truly the best alignment workshop I’ve ever attended. Thanks to Master RP’s thoughtful and delicate arrangement, we not only learned to improve ourselves but also how to support and help one another. Every detail shared — from observing, guiding, to correcting — was valuable and eye-opening. The room was filled with laughter and lively discussions, one after another. By the end of the last day, everyone wore such contented smiles, already looking forward to seeing each other again in Master RP’s next workshop. See you soon, Master RP and all the beautiful ladies!

No referral is typically required to begin yoga or holistic wellness sessions at a studio like Vyasa Yoga Singapore. Most studios ask new participants to complete a brief intake form covering health history, injury or mobility limitations, and wellness goals before the first class. If you are managing a specific condition — such as a back injury, cardiovascular issue, or post-surgical recovery — it is advisable to obtain clearance from your GP or physiotherapist beforehand, and to inform the instructor at the outset. This ensures appropriate modifications can be offered during the session. A GP referral is not mandatory but can be useful if you intend to claim against a corporate wellness benefit or personal health insurance policy that requires documented medical necessity.
Yoga instruction in Singapore is not regulated by a statutory licensing board in the way that physiotherapy (AHPC), TCM (TCMPB), or medicine (SMC) are. There is no government register to cross-check yoga instructors against. Credibility instead rests on voluntary certifications — common benchmarks include Yoga Alliance RYT-200 or RYT-500 credentials, and training lineage from a recognised school or tradition. Vyasa Yoga Singapore holds a 4.9/5 rating across 172 Google reviews, which is a meaningful signal of consistent quality. Before booking, it is reasonable to ask the studio about the lead instructor's training background, years of teaching experience, and any specialist certifications relevant to your needs (such as prenatal yoga, therapeutic yoga, or pranayama). Confirm the practitioner's credentials directly with the studio before committing to a package.
