Wish I have read the reviews before booking their service. I have opted for curtain cleaning. They were really responsive at the time of enquiring and booking the service. First disappointment was, when they collected the curations, also when reinstalling them, they moved things/furnitures for their convenience and did not put them back at their place. I did not even report it. When I noticed that the curtain belts were returned unclean and they charged for it, I kept trying their phone, but it was not answered so their team left without taking back the curtain belts for cleaning again. I requested them to bring it back to clean it or clean it on site or refund the amount charged for it. No response for more than a week now, which is what is hugely disappointing. The only choice I’m left with now is to never book them for any service anymore and not recommend them to anyone.

Worse curtain washing company. Delivery just throw outside the house. Like trash !!!! Rain was coming and they just leave it there. I came home and can’t open the door !!!! It was so heavy and my helpers had to drag it in and the huge plastic bag broke and curtains all over the drive way !!!! So it is now mixed up and dirty !!!! Never use this company !!!!

I am extremely disappointed with their service. Firstly, I chose their curtain service cleaning. But when they returned the curtains, it was not cleaned at all. There are still a lot of hairs stuck on the curtains. So I contacted them and they had confirmed and scheduled to come back and remove the hairs the next day. But on the day itself, they said they had a lack of manpower and not able to come down for the cleaning. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I arranged my time based on their confirmation, and their failure to keep to the agreed schedule has caused me unnecessary inconvenience. Plus the curtains are not cleaned until now. And I contacted them again and again, and they don’t reply. Highly NOT recommended.

Do not use. They originally said $200 - $300 for small 3 bedroom apartment. They had cleaned another set of curtains in our condo. So, they new what they were quoting on. They took the curtains then said $580. We paid anyway. They then said it will cost extra if we want the stains removed. We refused as we felt $580 was already very expensive, and they should be cleaning the curtains (i.e., that is their service...). The curtains were then returned, dirty and crinkly. The business owner was then unresponsive on WhatsApp other than to write that they offered to clean them but we had refused (i.e., the extra). So, they returned them dirty, no refund. $580 for dirty curtains.

I approached this company to clean my curtains at an agreed rate on WhatsApp, after they came and pick my curtains up they didn’t mentioned anything about rate changes in person. After that the PIC just texted me a $60+ amount increased from our agreed price reason that person was given is that if my cleaning method is stated on tenant agreement most likely is dry cleaning so they changed it to dry cleaning rate straight away without asking or informing me… I was shocked by the price didn’t wish to proceed and all the sudden they have a cancellation rate that I’m totally not aware of, and the cancellation not considering per trip but it will increase but the items to cancel increased. Everything wasn’t informed in person nor text until I asked. I feel that i got no choice but to proceed ahead… After payment their reply very minimal on delivery schedule I asked a few times to deliver in the morning instead coz after nobody will be home to collect the cleaned items, I got no response despite I mentioned preferred morning delivery twice (see screenshot below). Until on that day of delivery then I was informed the delivery is going to be in the afternoon. I told them I do not want my items to be left on the floor unattended and asked them if can change the delivery to Sat instead I received no response and they delivered left my items outside unattended anyway… this entire experience made me felt I was treated poorly and unfairly… Reported this behaviour in scam.sg scamadviser and google
