This will be my go-to clinic for my cat. Thank you to Dr Heng and team. It was my first visit, and I’m very glad we chose this place. The professionalism in handling my cat who is usually anxious outdoors was truly reassuring. Dr Heng carefully listened, explained the symptoms, did an initial check, and recommended a blood test, with all charges clearly explained upfront before proceeding. His assurance, calm demeanour , and clear communication were exactly what we needed as nervous owners. Booking was also smooth. Cara has been with WCVC for about a year now, mostly with Dr Heng. I’ve seen the other 2 vets but I still prefer Dr Heng — I personally feel he’s more sincere and detailed. One of the Dr misdiagnosed Cara’s first heat as UTI (I was a first time pawrent, so I brought her in to check), and recently encountered this Dr again during puppies 3rd vaccine — still didn’t like the way this Dr handled my dogs. Dr Heng has been very helpful in many ways especially when Cara needed a blood test urgently when she almost went into a fits when she had a calcium deficiency while nursing 5 pups. Dr Heng also just performed sterilisation surgery for Cara just 2 days ago (booked super last min) and he’s been kind to reply my enquiries via WhatsApp. I’m thankful to have a vet like Dr Heng, who’s dedicated in his work and sincere towards both animals and humans. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a vet in the west area.

Went in today for my dog's annual checkup. Dr Andrea is very friendly and patient with my dog. Appointments are on time and punctual. She also asks a lot of questions about the dog and gave good recommendations on our next steps (Deworming, dental work etc). Definitely no pressure working with a vet like Dr Andrea and I felt safe and comfortable to share doggo's problems with her. Interestingly, it is also the first time my dog made eye contact with a Veterinarian (he never does that). If my dog is happy, I'm also very satisfied with the doctors here~
