About Wholesome Paws
Wholesome Paws is a pet grooming service operating islandwide across Singapore, listed at a mid-range price point ($$) and verified by KakiList, meaning a real person has confirmed the operating details and contact information. The service holds a 4.7-star rating on Google across 38 reviews — a moderate sample size that offers a reasonable directional signal of customer satisfaction, though prospective clients are encouraged to read individual reviews before booking.
When getting in touch with Wholesome Paws, it helps to have your pet's size, breed, coat type, and temperament ready, as these factors typically influence the grooming package and duration. Bring along up-to-date vaccination records, as most reputable grooming providers in Singapore require proof of current vaccinations before accepting a pet. If you are a new client, ask whether a trial visit or initial assessment is available so the groomer can gauge your pet's comfort level. It is also worth clarifying whether the service is drop-off at the Waringin Park location or whether mobile grooming is offered for your area, and whether a recurring schedule can be arranged for ongoing coat maintenance.
To take the next step, reach out to Wholesome Paws via WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form on their listing, and share your pet's details along with your preferred date and time to receive a grooming quote and confirm availability.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
I can’t recommend this shop enough! Every bag of food feels like it’s crafted with genuine care and a deep understanding of what dogs need to thrive. You can tell the team here has dogs in their hearts—quality ingredients, thoughtful blends, and a passion for keeping our furry friends happy and healthy. My pup absolutely loves mealtime now, and I feel confident knowing I’m giving her food that’s both nutritious and made with love. If you’re looking for more than just dog food—if you want a place that truly celebrates the bond between humans and dogs—this is it. 🐾
We have used Wholesome Paws transport services at least 3 sessions. Usually pet outing or visit to vet. Nic the transporter is very patient and polite. Highly recommended. The van is also low and spacious. Allows 2 or more dogs to sit on the floor for more assurance esp for our skittish dogs.
My family 💯 loves the customised doggie cake for our dog’s 10 Year Barkday/ Birthday celebration! 🎂 Of course, he loved it all too, especially since it is tasty, healthy, and looks so much like him on the 3D cake design! 🐶 We are so impressed by how meticulous the cake design is for his “pawfect” birthday, his eyebrows and nose are so well done! 🤩 We are very impressed with the service all round, especially grateful that they could customise something that’s friendly on his kidneys. Thank you so much Wholesome Paws for making this milestone celebration one time always treasure! 🙏 P.S. he loves the 100% pork treats too 🤤
If there was a zero star I would have given it. For the love of your dogs, Never ever go to this place for grooming. They wanted to charge me extra just because they claimed to have spotted a tick on my dog. They send me a photo of a tick i. I wonder if they have scammed others as well. 2 fat ladies started shouting at me and raising their voice that my dog caused them to use some 'special' cleaning solution clean the grooming room. Then, they said they have to protect other customers. Rubbish. Just say u want extra money for your pockets? U are running a business and yet super lousy attitude. Thoroughly disappointed despite being recommended by others. Handle yourself and your attitude first before u handle animals. They ended off by shouting like crazy ladies. Let's talk about their grooming. It's not fantastic. Look at the unevenness of the shave. I have been to so many groomers. Not once have I met groomers with such poor attitude.
We are so glad to have met bibiana the night we pick up our 1yo little boy Cobi from his previous owner. As My husband and I are both first timer, we were both nervous and had so many questions in our heads. Bibiana was so nice sharing with us her experiences and knowledge; from choosing a suitable diet, hygiene to training. Because of this warm encounter, we brought cobi to the store next day and arranged a grooming. bibiana and the groomer explained to us what we are to aware in the future and how we should be taking better care of our boy. See the happy face of cobi after grooming :)))

If mobile grooming is available, a transport surcharge may apply depending on your location. See the full pet grooming cost guide for Singapore →
Most grooming providers in Singapore require dogs to be current on core vaccinations, typically the DHPP combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies. For cats, the FVRCP vaccine (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) is the standard requirement. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is commonly required at facilities where dogs are in close proximity to one another, such as boarding or daycare, and some groomers request it as well. Vaccinations are generally expected to be within the past 12 months, and proof — typically a veterinary vaccination card — should be brought along at drop-off. Contact Wholesome Paws directly to confirm their specific vaccination policy before your first appointment.
In Singapore, grooming-only facilities are not subject to the same AVS (Animal and Veterinary Service) licensing requirements that apply to boarding establishments, though responsible operators are expected to maintain safe, hygienic premises. Wholesome Paws is KakiList verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person, and it is not ACRA registered based on currently available information. Before your first visit, it is reasonable to ask Wholesome Paws directly whether they carry insurance that covers incidents such as accidental injury, allergic reactions to grooming products, or a pet becoming unwell during a session. You should also ask about their protocol if a pet shows signs of distress or requires veterinary attention while in their care. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
