I engaged their handyman service because of their high ratings and positive reviews on Carousell. To be fair, the workers were punctual, friendly and appeared to try their best during the installation. However, after cleaning up and placing my figurines on the display shelf, I noticed a crack on the acrylic panel and realised that the screw placements were inconsistent. Some were drilled properly into the designated small holes, while others were not. The cracked section was clearly overtightened. I had also emphasised before the job started that the screws should be placed correctly in the small holes. My fault was not checking thoroughly before letting them leave or perhaps shouldn't be so assured they will do a good job and do checking on every screw drilled. When I provided this as feedback to the company, I was disappointed by the hostile response. Instead of acknowledging the workmanship issue, I was told to get a new piece, engage someone else to redo it and then show them how the job should have been done properly. I was not even asking for a refund, only providing feedback and hoping for accountability. A sincere apology would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, the defensive and dismissive reply left a poor impression despite the initially positive experience. Engage at your own risk.

The workers were superb and professional! Had track light problem and water leaking at the laundry area where I placed my washing machine. And they solved all my problems like magic! Both the workers were able to propose options of resolving without having to hack the ceiling for my track light and checked where’s the source of my water leaking and replace the tap. The cost of repair was super reasonable and most importantly the problems are solved! Thanks Winway for the services!!

Came across Winwayhomeservices via carousell to look for carpentry removal service for my kitchen & service yard cabinet. Clear and concise during our chat with quotes given for the service and also the appointment was given quite fast.
