When engaging Woodgrove Veterinary Services, it is worth noting your pet's size, breed, and temperament before your first visit, as these details help the veterinary team prepare appropriately. Bring along up-to-date vaccination records, particularly for dogs (DHPP and rabies) and cats (FVRCP), as these may be reviewed during consultations or if any boarding or related services are involved. First-time visitors should contact the clinic by phone or through the enquiry form to confirm appointment availability and any documentation required. If your pet has a known medical history or ongoing condition, have those records to hand so the vet can assess accurately.

It was our first time to Woodgrove Vet and the staff was very welcoming. Dr Enoka was very gentle and ensured that my hamster wasn’t too stressed during the treatment. She explained to us what was happening to the hamster and slowly pushed out the food. The treatment was reasonably priced as well. Thank you!
I had sent my cat for sterilization yesterday. As this is my first time with this vet I must say Im quite scared. What if they didnt do a good job or what if they didnt handle my cat well. Firstly I was greeted by a friendly tech name Lavina. Very helpful and the rest of the vet tech are friendly and helpful too. The place is clean and well maintain. When i picked my baby up they explain to me every detail on what to do. This morning I even receive a message from them asking how my baby is doing and if there is anything they can assist if any. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a pet and want the best treatment for their pet🙏🙏🙏Once again thank you for taking good care of my Naia🫰🫰
Brought my cat Luna to the vet a few months ago, and Dr Enoka was incredibly gentle and caring. She handled Luna with so much patience and kindness, which really put me at ease. Truly grateful for such compassionate care. Highly recommended!!
Its been a year or so. I’ve sent my cats to their yearly check up and service is always pleasant. The front staff are friendly and Dr Enoka is always patience with my cats, asking questions to get to the root of the cause and recommending changes such as previously we use to feed my cats canned food, but ever since Dr Enoka explained pouch is better we have changed all their wet food to pouch. Also to the team, that always responds to my queries via whatsapp or call, i appreciate your response and thank you for responding to all my queries.
brought 4 of my cats here to see dr enoka and this clinic is a fantastic find. dr enoka is extremely thorough with her physical checks. we have consulted her for issues such as vomiting, diarrhoea, flu and all of them have successfully bounced back to health in a few days with her treatment plans. she doesn't push you to do all the tests but she gives a clear explanation on why some of them are necessary. i've also used their dental scaling service for 2 of my cats and the whole procedure was very fast and fuss-free! as i was feeling really anxious and not knowing what to expect, they recommended me to do a full blood test to ensure that my cats are healthy enough to go through the procedure and i'm glad i did! my cats came back with very clean set of teeth and we were extremely satisfied. they explained clearly and has given us a dental chart with notes written on it so i have better understanding of my cats' dental health. adding on, the nurses here (special mention to Arissa & MJ) are particularly kind and well informed and they care about the clients & their pets. they do follow up calls from time to time to see how the pets are doing after few days of treatment. they treat you with respect and make you as comfortable as possible during a stressful time. the prices of their services are affordable. it doesn’t just seem like money is the most important thing to them, but instead the health of their patients, which is rly appreciated! they operate by appointment basis so it's better to book prior to avoid long waiting time. i know my cats are in good hands with dr enoka and her team. we have also recommended them to a few friends & family in singapore :)

Woodgrove Veterinary Services displays a mid-range price indicator ($$), but specific consultation fees are not publicly listed. As a general guide, a basic veterinary consultation in Singapore typically costs between S$30 and S$80, with specialist consultations, diagnostics, medications, and procedures priced separately on top. For dogs, core vaccinations typically include the DHPP combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies. Bordetella (kennel cough) is often required if your dog has been in boarding or daycare environments. For cats, the FVRCP vaccine (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia) is the standard core vaccination. Vaccination records are generally expected to be current within the past 12 months. If your pet's records are incomplete or out of date, the clinic can advise on a catch-up schedule during your first visit. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or digital records to every appointment so the veterinary team can verify coverage and flag any boosters due.
