I engaged Go Digital for the bathroom doors during our house renovation and had a truly excellent experience, largely thanks to Evon. Evon was incredibly helpful, patient, and flexible, especially when we needed to make several schedule adjustments. Her coordination was seamless; she liaised directly with our interior designer as well as her measurement and installation teams. This ensured that the entire process, from start to finish, was hassle-free and exceptionally well-managed. I strongly recommend visiting the showroom to appreciate the physical products. The Alulux bathroom doors are of very good quality (not flimsy plastic) and glide exceptionally smoothly. There is also a wide variety of colors and patterns available. The installers also came promptly on time and did the installation perfectly while answering my queries. For anyone looking to install new bathroom doors, I highly recommend Evonβ€”you will certainly be in very capable hands.

I purchased a main door and a Philips digital door lock from this company last year, and it is still under warranty. Unfortunately, it suddenly became faulty last week. I reached out immediately, but I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service, especially for a company selling security doors and locks. It has been a full week, and no one has come down to inspect the issue. The situation is serious. The gate installed does not allow the use of chains or a manual key lock, which means I currently have to leave my door unlocked. On top of that, the digital lock on the main door has started malfunctioning from the inside as well, making it difficult to unlock. This has put my family and me in a very uncomfortable and unsafe position, as we are worried about being unable to leave the house or return home safely. I cannot simply remove the battery either, as the wooden door lock defaults to a locked position when the battery is removed. This forces us to keep the door open at all times, while the gate itself cannot be locked. I have repeatedly reached out to highlight how this issue is affecting my safety, my ability to go to work, and my family’s daily life. Each time, I am only told that someone will get back to me, but no concrete action has been taken. For a brand associated with home security, this level of after-sales support is extremely concerning. I expected much better responsiveness and accountability, especially given the nature of the product. Design of the door should be better thought through especially when on days when the digital device couldn’t be operated
