JUST AVOID. I initially had a great experience with Xool Servicing and continued using them for over a year. But over time, the quality of their work deteriorated—especially with my ceiling aircon unit. They claimed the unit was beyond repair and quoted me $14,000 to replace the entire system. Thankfully, I sought a second opinion from the original aircon manufacturer. Their team did a proper inspection and quickly diagnosed the real issue: poor servicing by Xool. They were able to fix it—no replacement needed. Worse still, during the inspection, they found mishandling on other units. The compressor servicing downstairs had been so carelessly done that a sensor cable was cut, which caused further issues for my first-floor aircons. In one instance, Xool’s "servicing" of a ceiling unit involved nothing more than wiping the interior. No vacuuming, no deep clean—just a superficial job (This servicing costed me 100$ per unit since it's a ceiling unit). While Xool may start off strong, my experience suggests that their service quality drops significantly over time. They seem to cut corners and push for costly replacements instead of real solutions. If you're having aircon issues, do yourself a favour and get a second opinion. Don’t blindly trust this so-called “specialist.” Below attached is how the wire got mishandled, causing issues.

I had forgotten about my servicing schedule, and current weather certainly helps to remind me of the need to use aircon and of course to service as well. It is so covenient to just go to the Xool website, and book the timeslot to my convenience. Due to work schedule, it was scheduled for late afternoon 5.30. An hour before the scheduled session, the office admin lady called me to explain that the the techicians will come about 30 mins later as the appointments before mine had some delays as the owner didnt get home on time. Nice to receive the call, rather than me waiting and wondering what happened. The team of 2 , even though its the last appointment for the day, and having been delayed earlier, were still smiley, polite and certainly professional. Double checked with me, where the units were, and asked me if I had preference which one to start with. They even asked if they can use the toilets for washing, cleaning my air con stuff. Last appointment for the day, and delayed by earlier appointment, but the 2 techs went about with the same care and attention to each of my 5 units .. whether its wall mount or window unit. No short cuts ... excellent. At the end of the session, after signing off the work order, the technician started doing some work on his mobile. He explained that Xool is transitioning to an even more digital platform .. not only integrated with the current booking system, but also a paperless , digital method. I had to sign off on the app, and I received a PDF copy of the same work order / report. Great initiative to go-green and move with the times! End to end, from booking to signing off on the new app .. it is certainly a fuss free, efficient, convenient way of getting good quality servicing by great attitude team members. Keep it up Xool! Definitely will refer them anytime!

I had a really great experience with Xool for my aircon cleaning! Everything was super easy and well-organised from start to finish. Booking was a breeze and their website made it simple to pick the service for my needs. I went with the Hydrojet service and it was totally worth it. The technicians were super thorough and even checked my gas levels. They informed me that the gas was fine, but the dirt buildup was what had been messing with the airflow. The technicians were patient and meticulous - performing a thorough job cleaning everything, and the products they used left a really fresh, clean scent. Was very satisfied seeing all the dirt and gunk washed out from the units. Quality of their service is top notch!

Had a great experience with Xool for my aircon servicing! The team arrived earlier than scheduled but made sure to call ahead and check if it was convenient — really appreciated that. They were professional, attentive to the issues I shared, and proactive in troubleshooting. Best of all, they cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. Highly recommend their services!
