I contacted James from Xpress Cleaning & Services and he was swift to respond to my requirements. He swiftly came to my office to do an on-site quote, which we agreed to the pricing on the spot. To add, he was courteous and polite. Very reasonably priced and good value for money. I've referred him to some of my friends and they were similarly impressed with what he can deliver. Firstly, I would like to thanks James for accepting my job for my newly renovated home. James took my call 📞 when I called his mobile phone. He was very patient with me and accepted my request that I listed and wanted to do. Thank you so much James 🙇 Secondly, I would like to thanks JiaYi for the arrangements for setting the dates and arranging man power. She is also very patient with me and prompt in replying and calling me back when she didn't pick up my call. She handle my request very smoothly. Great job JiaYi 👍 Lastly, I would like to thanks the cleaners that clean my new home. 2 Malaysian guys and 1 Chinese girl. They did a wonderful ❤️ job in cleaning my new home. It is super clean and they never miss a spot. Even when I went to check and spot like minor dust or dirt, I ask for a cloth, they are willing to vacuum and clean that particular spot again till it is clean when i check again. One Malaysian that I think is the inspector, her will also help to do a final check and touch areas to see if it is really cleaned. I only can say is job well done for the 3 people that came.
