On 9th January 2026 I made a phone call to Yeobuild HomeRepair and spoke to Eileen Tan ( Customer Service Team) with concern on my cooker hood blinking lights problem.Eileen was responsive and send technician Mr Chew Jun Hen down to my place and carry out thorough check and later found that the Power Board was not functioning. Upon my request I was given quotations for repair works as well as replacement of a new cooker hood. After several teleconservations with Eileen, I decided to replace with a new cooker hood. Eileen took further step by sending Mr Chew down to my place again to check the measurements to ensure the new one can installed on the original position.The taking down of the existing and the new installation works by the two technicians, Mr Louis Liew and Mr Chew Jun Hen were very professional.They were very careful especially drilling on existing tiled walls. My wife and I are very impressed and pleased with their workmanship and working attitudes.Thumbs-up to both of them. I like to compliment Yeobuild HomeRepair for having such good on-site technicians. Lastly, should anyone looking for a good and reliable company for repair works or new replacement and installation works, I strongly recommend Yeobuild HomeRepair.

I was extremely impressed with the service. The technician arrived about half an hour early and was very polite, taking off his shoes before entering. He moved the gas cylinder himself to create space for the work. He thoroughly explained the three issues I had, offering solutions from a customer-centric perspective. He was patient and responsible, and he tested everything after the repair before leaving. The customer service was also excellent, with support in both English and Chinese. I even cancelled a next-day appointment via WhatsApp in the evening, and it was handled promptly. Overall, honest, reliable, and responsible. I would definitely recommend them for appliance repairs.

You can expect professional and timely repair! Oven collected on 30 Jan and returned don 10 Feb. Total cost to fix about 40% of a new low end oven. The technician Mr Hang is really pleasant to work with. He is very careful and tidy with the repair, no mess at all! He also spotted that the connection plate requires replacement, which is really appreciated. Very active coordination by Rose on the schedule. Repairing is really a good option to buying brand new!

Transparency on call out fee. Written Quote @$60 for wine fridge inspection but was charged over 90. I paid it because the technician insisted prior to leaving my house and I was alone however I enquired with customer service as to why it was more expensive than quoted. I was told it was because its a wine fridge something they already knew and wrote in the quote for $60. No answer has been given and this is unacceptable. I've been waiting nearly a week for someone to call me back. Apparently "checking with management " is a very long process.. highly disappointing. The money isn't the issue it's Transparency and business practices that are in question
