I happened to get to know Zola through an online platform when I was exploring my upgrading plans. We had a good discussion about my property options and possible upgrading strategies. However, due to personal reasons, the plan was later put on hold. Some time later, I engaged Zola again to assist with the sale of my late mum’s HDB unit. From the start, he was very professional and patient in guiding us through the process. He provided clear advice and shared a progressive marketing strategy to help position the unit in the market. Despite the unit being on Level 2 and in original condition, Zola managed the marketing very well and successfully secured a very good price for us. The whole transaction was handled smoothly and professionally. We are truly thankful for his dedication, advice, and effort throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Zola to anyone looking for a trustworthy and capable property agent.

Zola was our agent when we bought our current home in 2013. 13 years later we decided to moved to a slightly bigger place to accomodate for our grown up kids. Once again we approach Zola for his service and he did not dissapoint. He will go beyond his means to help us secure our new flat and at the same time sell our current flat at a decent price. Zola recently helped me rent out my whole flat. He came to see it on 22 Jan and by 29 Jan had secured a tenant for me! Zola is very warm and approachable, and is a good listener. He was able to pick up what I wanted in a tenant, and shortlisted the suitable ones for me to decide. He also gives very good advice due to his experience in the industry. This Google thing is new, but my first support from Zola was back in 2013. Back then, he helped me rent a room in Holland V, then rented a whole unit in AMK in 2014, then sold my flat in Marsiling in 2014, helped me find this flat in 2015 (also secured the place within a week!) and now helped me to rent it out. He is basically the only housing agent I will go to for my housing needs cos of his track records.👍🏼 Thank you so much Zola!
