When engaging ZumVet, owners should come prepared with their pet's vaccination records and a brief history of any current symptoms or ongoing conditions. It is worth noting your pet's size, breed, and temperament before the appointment, as these details help the clinic prepare appropriately. For first-time visits, a drop-off or in-clinic consultation is the standard approach — contact ZumVet via the enquiry form on their listing to confirm appointment availability and whether a specific veterinarian is assigned to your case. If your pet requires follow-up care or recurring check-ups, ask about scheduling a recurring arrangement at the outset.

To get started, submit an enquiry through the contact form to confirm appointment slots, fees for the relevant service, and any documentation to bring along — particularly up-to-date vaccination records. Listing data is incomplete — contact ZumVet directly to confirm details.

One year late, but I’m still so distraught and crying over my cat Ellie even now because he was like a son to me and Dr Adriel at Zumvet failed him. I started going to Zumvet at first because of the convenience of the video call function. It was helpful not to have to head down to the vet when it wasn’t an emergency. They also had a bigger pool of vets back then, so I felt more comfortable and continued to go when they finally opened their own clinic. Before Dr Adriel, they had more experienced vets who seemed to know what they were doing, so I trusted them. I had so many in-clinic and online video consultations with Dr Adriel where I suspected it was more than just stress and might even be a brain issue (but of course, as a pawrent, I didn’t want to think the worst, so I went with what Dr Adriel said). But instead of taking it seriously, Dr Adriel literally googled the illness symptoms in front of me as if he didn’t even know what he was talking about. There were some days when Ellie would just hide under the couch and not eat or poop, so I thought he had a constipation problem. But instead of actually diagnosing him properly as a vet and doing more tests, Dr Adriel just took everything I said literally and went with it. I didn’t give any of the meds he prescribed and Ellie eventually ate and pooped again, but nothing changed. We trusted him because he was the vet. What made it even more frustrating was that I kept having to make numerous appointments just to ask Dr Adriel to do some tests for Ellie. But weirdly, even though I had made an appointment for a specific day, Dr Adriel would still ask me to come back the next day to actually do the tests. It wasn’t even a walk-in. These were scheduled appointments. For example, I made an appointment for Thursday, but when I went in, Dr Adriel didn’t do any tests and told me to come back on Friday instead. I couldn’t understand why he didn’t just do it then, especially since it was an ongoing back and forth with him. By then it was too late because he decided to suddenly give Ellie an anti-vomiting jab before that appointment on Friday and Ellie fell into a coma immediately after. In the end, the weeks and months of going back and forth and relying on what Dr Adriel told me meant we lost precious time. By the time we found out what was really wrong, Ellie had a brain tumour that had grown so big there was nothing we could do. It’s my fault for not seeking a second opinion sooner. I blame myself for that, and I’ve been carrying that guilt and heartbreak every day. It’s been too much for me to even draft this review because every time I think about Ellie, I can’t stop crying. It was only after all of this happened that I saw another bad review about Dr Adriel, but unfortunately, it wasn’t under this Zumvet Clinic review page; it was under their other HQ account. By then, it was already too late for Ellie. I’m sharing this now so that other pawrents won’t have to go through the same pain and heartbreak I feel. No one should ever lose a beloved family member because of repeated misdiagnoses and neglect.

Annual Membership has been auto deducted in July from my linked card and I am facing problem with their app which is unable to make any appointment. The app always show running and the contact number is completely no service. They take the chance to auto deduct my money (not sure other customers also the same as me) without informing us their service is temporary closed including the vet shop in Ang Mo Kio. I will either file a case and make police report. I have send email to them and there is no reply. Latest update: I have filed a police report today and I doubt there may be more victims. Though it is just $110 for annual fees per member, it could accumulate at their end with huge amount. This is also fraud without notifying us and further update on their closure. Currently, their app may still continue to autodeduct necessary fees or other charges as our credit cards still link to their app. For those affected victims, please assist to take further step for their illicit actions.

**Review for Zumpet Vet** I recently took my pet to Zumpet Vet, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The moment I walked in, I was struck by the comfy ambience of the clinic. The decor is warm and inviting, creating a relaxed atmosphere for both pets and their owners. The staff is exceptionally friendly, making it clear that they genuinely care about the animals. The vets are not only professional but also incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and ensuring that my pet felt comfortable throughout the visit. They explained everything in detail, which helped me understand the treatment options available. Overall, Zumpet Vet exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a place where your furry friends will be treated with kindness and expertise, I highly recommend giving them a visit!

Hi, I would like to share my experience with ZumVet as a Pro Plan member and it has been nothing but a disappointing experience. Backstory: I would like to bring both my pets in for their yearly vaccination. Based on their website, I noted that one of them would receive a free vaccination while I had to top up an addtional $20 for the other and for both consultations, I as a Pro Plan member am entiltled to a 30% discount for all in-clinic consultation. 19 July - I dropped them an email confirming on my enquries such as will both my pets be considered as one consult or two? And if the consultation price would be $60 for the weekends as well so that I would be able to schedule in a consult ASAP. 20 July - The "clinic team" had responded to my queries. To my dismay, whatever the clinic team had responded to, did not coincide with what their website had mentioned about the consultation and vaccination prices. Additionally, they did not even answer my question regarding if consultation prices would remain the same during the weekends. On the same day, to seek clarification, I responded to their email with a screenshot of what their website had mentioned and how what they had replied with did not match and again, I had to repeat my question on whether or not consultation prices would be the same during the weekends. 22 July - There was no response on their end since 20 July as their clinic was closed and because I wanted to book an appointment on the 23rd, I called in to their 24 hour number to which after 4 calls that kept ending mid-way, I got a response from the "support team" saying that they could only get an answer on 23rd morning as they had to check-in with the "clinic team" which by then was too late for me as I am not expected to keep my whole 23rd free just because I am waiting on an answer. 23 July - The "support team" got back to me saying that both my pets are entitled to the 30% in-clinic consultation. Again they missed out on my weekend consultation fees question which I had to ask again... Mind you, this was the 3rd time I was asking. The "clinic team" got back to my query saying there is no difference in consultation fees for the weekend. I thought that was the end of my nightmare and since I couldn't make it on the 23rd, I scheduled the appointment for 30th July. 28 July - Fast forward to 28th, I received calls from ZumVet clinic but did not answer as I was unavailable and they dropped me an email saying that their clinic will be closed on Wednesday as their vet will be away due to personal reasons and would rescheduling it to 31st July or 4th Aug be an option for me but both days were not ideal for me as I start my new job on the 31st and weekdays would no longer be an option for me. When I asked if there were any other vets? The person on the line with me said that there was only 1 FT vet and the rest were PT and my jaw just dropped. I told the person that I would look at the other dates and time to reschedule when I was available but when I saw the app, their weekends slot were fully booked and the only dates left were either 31st July or 4th Aug. I wrote in an email the same day informing them of the previous encounters mentioned above and me not being able to accomodate to their schedule. I informed them if they had no weekend slots available, do only schedule a home visit for me if they were willing to make it FREE to which they replied me stating they would like to offer a home visit for me and was scheduling a date and time with me. In my following email, I responded thanking them for the FREE home visit. In their reply email, they stated that the consultation and vaccination fees will still apply but they will cover the transport cost of the home visit to which I thought that was the whole home visit cost and there were no other clarifications after.

The doctors were extremely empathetic in the final hours of my furkids. Never rushing, always assuring and giving us the room to grief. They’re remarkable gems of a human who didn’t give a feeling of wanting to make a quick buck of the situation. I will definitely consider them favourable if my current furkid needs treatment.
