The doctor was nice and friendly, which I appreciated. However, my experience with the receptionist was not pleasant. I asked politely if it was possible not to take the lozenges since I already had some and wanted to reduce the cost, but I was told it wasn’t allowed. I was also told I should be charged an extra $5 for coming in late, even though I arrived at 1:25 pm and the clinic states it is open until 2 pm. If there is an extra charge after a certain time, it would be helpful to inform patients clearly or update the stated opening hours accordingly. Overall, the doctor was great, but the front desk experience could be improved.

While my experience with one such doctor—a kind older lady—was decent in the past, yesterday's visit was disappointing. I requested a specific medication that has effectively managed my condition by reducing blood clotting. Instead, the doctor prescribed strong antibiotics and a steroid cream, neither of which were necessary or helpful. This felt like a waste of time and effort. This feedback is directed at the clinic's management, not the doctor: Please don’t compromise on the quality of care by assigning less-qualified professionals for Sunday duty. Patients deserve consistent, high-quality care regardless of the day of the week. On a positive note, weekday doctors Michelle and Valerie are excellent—they provide thorough, effective care and deserve recognition for their work.
