Dr Keh Yu Jia is very professional and highly recommended! She is patient and detailed at explaining each procedure and issues. She makes sure that you are well taken care and keeping pain to a minimum. The dental assistant/nurses here are also very capable - they know what they are doing; making the entire process very comfortable. Having been to multiple dental clinics, my experience here has been the best so far.
Dr. Keh was amazing during my gum surgery. She was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. I’ve been seeing her for a few years now and have always felt well cared for.! The receptionists at the counter were lovely too! They were helpful and took the time to walk me through the billing, which I really appreciated. Overall, a very reassuring and positive experience!
I finally tackled my not-so-wise wisdom tooth that’s been bothering me for ages! The day of the extraction arrived, and I was a bundle of nerves couldn't eat, couldn't sleep, just thinking about it! But guess what? Once the local anesthesia kicked in, I felt absolutely no pain at all! The dentist and their amazing assistant were incredibly reassuring and patient with me throughout the whole process. It was a whirlwind, and in just 30 minutes, both my upper and lower teeth were taken care of! A huge shoutout to Dr. Jacomus and the entire team for making this experience so smooth! I’m so relieved and ready to enjoy tooth-friendly treats again! 🎉 Bonus: Good looking Dr and pretty assistant 🤪
It’s my first time here and I picked it as I’ve read many good reviews. Went in due to some pain caused by the back of my teeth, and it was really difficult to find the cause of it, but Dr Celine is super patient and kind, trying to find out every possible reason. Still unsure of the exact reason, might be due to my wisdom tooth but glad that she tried to find out (still having some shooting pain occasionally tho but not much we could do about it due to the situation 😅) But everyone is super nice and sweet!! And honestly I’ve always been afraid of going to the dentist but with their efficient services and kindness it’s not that scary! 10/10 recommend them to everyone!
I had been afraid of doing a tooth implant for almost 2 years, but Dr Aaron Tan managed to completely ease my fears within 5 minutes of consultation. The whole procedure itself took only about 5 minutes, which was honestly amazing. I’m really glad I made this decision. Thank you, Dr Tan, for being so skillful, reassuring, and professional. Highly recommended!

No GP referral is required to book a dental appointment in Singapore — you may contact 1728 Dental (Tampines) directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form. At your first visit, the dentist will conduct an oral examination and, where clinically indicated, take diagnostic X-rays (bitewing or OPG panoramic) before discussing findings and recommending a treatment plan. If you have a specific concern — toothache, sensitivity, bleeding gums, or a cosmetic goal — note it when booking so the clinic can allocate sufficient appointment time. Patients with complex medical histories (anticoagulant therapy, uncontrolled diabetes, bisphosphonate use) should inform the clinic in advance, as this may affect certain procedures or require clearance from a specialist.
