The staffs are polite and will give head up for the long wait and advise one to go for breakie first before coming back. It is a clean and tidy clinic at the busy neighbourhood. The clinic may get quite noisy if one is talking as it will amplify due to the layout. One may actually hear the doc talking to the patient when is quiet out there. Dr nigel is patient in listening to my concern on my condition and travelling. He also takes time explain about my viral infection and how the medicine help which I truly appreciate. The nurses / staff also takes time to explain on the medicine to me when I have query. One of the most advanced clinic with robotic dispenser which is good. As This is one of the panel clinic, the nurse / staff have helped to get my insurance register smoothly. The appointment system from the Google doc don’t work as well which need improvement as they can’t detect my booking even when sms is sent to me that they receive my appointment. Most clinic would face with the queue situation. But I can see they are trying to mitigate the issue is letting me who is there to be attended by doc when the patients before who are not there yet. Would be helpful if they can let us know if the appointment went through by WhatsApp since the text by health appointment system in gov.sg does not work. I am also having trouble to download the app. Is there an app as well to make appointment. The Med is dispensed within a box which I assume is easier to be detect. Overall experience at the clinic is good. Thank you for attending to my sickness.

I received excellent care and medical advice from Dr Lim while I was on holiday. He listened to me and examined me before quickly arranging a MRI scan for the same day. He then called me a few hours late in the evening to explain the scan report to me. He kept in contact with me via text message which was so reassuring. The pharmacist was also very helpful with explaining the medication I needed to take and I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you for the medical care you gave me.

The staff could improve the patient registration process by verifying details more discreetly. Instead of asking for the IC number aloud, perhaps requesting a phone number or ID for verification would help maintain privacy, especially in a small clinic setting.
