Dr Yeong is my family doc. My whole family have been visiting 338 Family Clinic for the past 15+ years. Dr Yeong is humorous and knowledgeable. He takes time to get to know his patients and listen to their concerns and/or questions. This is the part I like about him because he doesn’t just issue u medicine and ask u to get out. It’s the 亲切感that he gave his patients that makes him different from other doctors. I guessed the fact that this clinic is always busy speaks a lot about the patients’ experiences with the doc & clinic. At least for me, I think Dr Yeong truly cares for his patients. This clinic allows patients to call in and register first. Which is a plus point because u can gauge the time before going down to the clinic. Do ask the nurse what’s your Q number and they will usually advise u what time to reach the clinic. Dr Yeong usually go for family hols in Dec. so it’s always good to call the clinic to register your name first before going down so as to avoid making a wasted trip.

I searched Google for a nearby clinic that was still open because I suddenly felt very dizzy and had a fever. This clinic showed a 9pm closing time, so I quickly walked down and arrived at about 8:34pm. The shutter was already closed. Please reflect the correct operating hours online. Someone who is unwell may be walking from farther away looking for urgent medical help. My neighbourhood has many elderly residents, and inaccurate timings could seriously affect people who need care.

I checked Google before heading down and it stated that the store closes at 10 PM. I arrived at 9 PM, thinking I still had time, but was told by the receptionist that they were already closed. I came down specially today because I saw the operating hours listed on Google. It was quite disappointing, especially since I made the effort to come based on the information provided. I hope the store can update their Google hours accurately to avoid future misunderstandings for other customers.
